And you know it really was a Z-List affair when we’re leading with a picture of Lady Sovereign - who didn’t even bother going to see the film, she just turned up at the afterparty - and her mystery date, but honestly, that was the only thing worth mentioning.

Don’t believe us? Well here’s the guestlist, lets see if you can do better… former Blue singer Antony Costa, reality TV star Bianca Gascoigne, actor Danny Dyer, former Hollyoaks star Stuart Manning, X Factor reject Stacey Solomon and finally a boyband called Vice. See what we mean?!

But not - so claim the News of The World - because she’s totally in love with the CBB star but because she wants to make yet more ££££.

A source has told the publication today that the former glamour model has concocted a lucrative set of business deals which will make the pair of them £1million in the next coming months.

And in a calculating move, the paper alleges, her ploy to make more cash will begin with her proposing to the cage-fighting hunk as part of a magazine deal. A source said:

"It's been carefully calculated. She's plotted with Alex's advisors over the last week. She wants to make us much money as possible and knows she needs to exploit her relationship with Alex to do that.

"An engagement story is due in weeks, as that'll make her the most money. It's an awful way to think."

According to the source Price also had initially planned to dump Reid in the early days of his appearance on CBB, but as his popularity grew she soon changed her mind:

"We all know she was planning to get rid of him in the early days because she'd spoken to us and his parents about it. Then she saw Alex becoming popular and her tone started changing in her conversations.

"Everyone close to Alex can see right through it. But he'll never be told when it comes to her."

So over the next coming months expect to see one magazine after the other smothered in Katie Price and Alex Reid photoshoots. Oh, won’t that be something to look forward to…

It’s been an amazing series of CBB this year we think you’ll agree, and we’re actually very sorry to see it go – but the big question is; who’s going to win?!

Alex Reid is still the bookies favourite to win the show, but what we want to know is – who’s got your backing?

First up to get the boot was Ivana Trump, no surprises there, but an hour later Nicola T was called to the diary room and Big Brother told to remove her chicken costume (they were all wearing fancy dress costumes) as she was being evicted - Oh don’t you just love it when they do that?!

The former Page 3 girl wasn’t wearing any shoes as she faced the crowds and despite thinking she was only being called to the diary room to change her mic, she took the sudden eviction well.

But the biggest surprise of the night came when CBB host Davina slipped into Nicola’s costume and entered the house *gasps*

The plan was to fool the other housemates into thinking she was Nicola but it didn’t really work as Vinnie immediately said, “That’s not Nicola.” Oh dear.

Davina was clearly terrified during her time in the house and after she wrote on her Twitter:

“I'm out! That was the best night ever!! A bit scary at times! They were very unsure of me, All I could say was tweet tweet…

“Jonas was kind, Alex threw me over his shoulder and spun me round!! I made a mess in Vinnie’s kitchen. I'm never going to go to sleep!!!”

Do you want to see exactly what happened when Davina entered the house? Well you’ll just have to tune in tonight!

Unconfirmed rumours today suggest that Davina McCall (dressed in an animal costume) is in fact said “mystery” celeb, however based on Emma Willis’ not-so-subtle hints, we’re not-so sure. In the video posted on the BB website she said:

‘We can reveal that this evening another celebrity will be entering the Big Brother house, but will they come a chameleon and then leave?

‘Will it be a “price”-less gift for Alex if he gets to stay? Well we’ll be on bay “watch” all evening to let you know what’s going on, so “hammer” home those messages to us below this video.’

Through our incredible powers of deduction, we’re guessing that Emma is insinuating that either Boy George, Katie Price, MC Hammer or Pamela Anderson will be going into the CBB pad. Or maybe even Davina McCall dressed as either one of those celebs?!

But who knows, we guess we’ll just have to tune in tonight to find out. 9pm, Channel 4, don’t forget!

He’s managed to convince Alex Reid to massacre a snowman, he told Dane Bowers to pretend to wake up in the night screaming and he also made nicer than nice Nicole T tell Ivana Trump she looked like a big fat orange - Bloody brilliant!

This morning Vinnie Jones was the latest housemate to receive a task from the dreaded tree and it was yet another classic.

First of all Vinnie has to pull Alex aside and tell him that he’s secretly cross-dressed in the past and he absolutely loved it. Now you’re probably thinking that doesn’t sound too bad, but wait, it gets worse…

During lunch the notorious hard man has to come over all emotional and tell his fellow housemates how much he’s bonded with them during his stay, how much they mean to him and if at all possible he has to shed a tear during the process.

Well that shouldn’t be too hard, he is an actor after all.

Stephanie and Ivana are favourite to get the boot, but the biggest shock is that after last nights fake tan antics Alex Reid is now the firm favourite to win!! Oh, we know, we couldn’t believe it either *kicks self for not putting money on Alex to win*

So anyway, in other BB news we’ve just heard that Davina McCall will be surprising the housemates when she enters the house tonight. Although, it won’t really be a massive surprise because she’ll be wearing a disguise, which will keep her identity secret. How boring.

Of course it goes without saying that the award ceremony was completely fake, but without her knowing BB instructed Ivana’s fellow housemates to convince her that it was in fact authentic.

Later that day Ivana was called back into the Diary Room where she was told she’d won the award, and had to make her acceptance speech in English, German and Czech.

Meanwhile the rest of the CBB house were told to ruin her prize once she was back in the house by breaking it. Cruel we know. Especially when you see the look on her poor gob as it smashes on the floor and she says, while trying not to look devastated: “it happens”.

There were giggles all round as the former Page 3 girl came face to face with the cross-dressing cage-fighters crotch and our favourite moment had to be when Nicola sprayed his bum crack while a bemused Vinnie Jones watched on, presumably thinking ‘what a tit!’

But you can say what you like about Alex Reid the man really doesn’t care what people think, which is lucky really…

Surprisingly the pair managed to get the most votes from the public over Ivana Trump, who was also up for eviction.

In typically bullish style, the pair made a grand exit from the CBB house on Friday – Sisqo with a crown on his head, and Stephen with a t-shirt on which said: “his name is Jesus for he will save his people from their sins”.

Meanwhile insiders claim today that Celebrity Big Brother may return for more runs in the future despite the fact that the current series of show was supposed to be the last.

The Big Brother franchise was due to be axed this year following dwindling ratings, but high viewing figures this series have promoted producers to reconsider the future of CBB. An insider said:

“There is no way this is the end. It may be rested a year or two, but it will definitely be back. The ratings and the buzz about this year’s series has been too big for it to be axed forever.”

It’s true to say that Celebrity Big Brother is far more entertaining than the bog standard Big Brother but still, we think it’s definitely time for the show to be taken off the air. What do you reckon?

And that’s why we love CBB – it’s genius! Yesterday during Stephan Baldwin’s 21 years of sobriety party, Stephanie Beecham was called into the diary room where a cake was suddenly chucked on top of her noggin. Why? Because of Dane Bowers, that’s why!

Earlier that same day Dane had been called into the diary room as well, and once inside BB finally revealed the purpose of the mystery to him.

Using the key the former Another Level singer was told to open a box, inside of which was a piece of chocolate cake and a some champagne. He was then told to think about which of his fellow housemates he’d like BB to give a chocolate surprise to as well, and then once he’d left the diary room he was told to select said housemate secretly by patting them on the bum.

Needless to say Stephanie soon received a sly buttock-pat from Dane and the rest, as they say, is history…

So in honour of the occasion kind-hearted BB decided to throw the house a Tarts and Vicars themed bash sans alcohol (duh, it was a sobriety party after all).

Sadly there seemed to be only 5 vicar outfits to 4 tart costumes available in the wardrobe cupboard, meaning one of the boys would have to dress-up in drag.

Shockingly Alex Reid didn’t seem too keen on the idea of slipping into a slutty dress (for once), so after much discussion Jonas offered to dress up as a woman – and a very unconvincing one at that. It’s a shame because we would’ve loved to have seen Roxanne in his her element…

Actually, scrap that, this is a better question - What the hell is wrong with them?! Why, oh why, OH WHY, would Nicola T want to squeeze spots on Alex Reid’s back?

Even if the cross-dressing cage-fighter offered us a seriously large sum of money we still wouldn’t be able to do what Nicola did this afternoon.

For some strange reason, since entering the Big Brother house, Alex’s back has erupted in spots, nice eh!

So when he took a bath this afternoon Nicola offered to exfoliate his zits for him, while Stephanie Beecham watched on from the sidelines.

GRIM.

The girls were in high spirits when we spotted them arriving at Punk in Soho with a mystery male companion.

In fact they were in such a good mood that when Katia took a tumble on her high heels and pulled Sov down with her, instead of being embarrassed, they simply collapsed in a fit of giggles.

In fact if they decided to set up a wind-farm in the Big Brother garden right now we reckon the power produced from the housemates’ joint wind-expulsions could probably keep Britain lit-up, day and night, for months.

If they were going to set-up such a wind-farm, then we think Nicola T should be at the very helm of the project, just listen to the gargantuan burp she belted out yesterday in the house! Unbelievable…

As the young rapper made her exit she was greeted by a chorus of boos and during her post eviction interview she seemed totally unrepentant about her appalling behaviour in the house. But now Sov’s gone who will the remaining housemates moan about?

Oh and while we’re on the subject of the remaining housemates, they were individually called the diary room last night and were given 30 seconds to nominate two housemates for eviction this Friday.

After all the votes were cast the three celebrities facing the public vote this week are Ivana Trump, Stephen Baldwin and Sisqo - Interesting eh! Obviously Sisqo is safe but we’re not sure whether we want to keep Ivana or Stephen, as they’re both entertaining in their own special little way. What say you? Stephen or Ivana? Ivana or Stephen?

In fact the bookies are so convinced she’s going and Nicola T is staying that you’d have to put £6 on just to get £1 back! Shame.

But on a brighter note we’ve just heard that once Lady Sov (or maybe Nicola, you never know!) has left the remaining housemates will receive a nasty surprise when Big Brother asks them for their next set of nominations live on Channel 4.

Oh we can’t wait! Who do you think will be up next? Our money is on Ivana and Stephen… no wait maybe Nicola and Jonas… or actually, it could be Alex and Ivana - Okay, we’re going to stop now, it could be anyone, but that’s what makes it so exciting right?

The singer is now up for eviction alongside glamour model Nicola T, after the contestants received the most votes from housemates following nominations on Friday night.

The eviction ceremony will take place tomorrow night, and according to bookies’ odds Lady Sovereign in the most likely of the two to be chucked out of the house.

Personally we’d like to see dullard Nicola T get booted of the show tomorrow, what about you?

Yes it seems as though you’d all had quite enough of Katia’s incessant flirting with Jonas, as well as Heidi's strange face. And quite frankly we don’t blame you!

So are you happy the pair got chucked out of the CBB house or are you sad to see the back of them? And who should be the next person kicked off the show?

Heidi, Katia and Sov are all up for the chop tonight, it’s a double eviction and according to online bookies odds the most likely pair to be leaving the house this evening is: Katia and Sov.

But what do you reckon, which pair of celebs would you like to see getting kicked off CBB tonight?

So far he’s managed to bite his tongue and dodge any questions that might land him in hot water, but last night he finally let a few golden nuggets slip out.

It all started when former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss suggested he’s only with Katie because she’s famous, Heidi said:

“There’s tons of women out there. Are you with her because she’s famous? Why you gonna pick someone with all that baggage unless she’s famous?”

Ah, you gotta love Heidi, she really does tell it like it is! But Alex wasn’t having any of it and he insisted he’s with Jordan because she accepts him for who he is (*rolls eyes*) he said:

“I’d die for her. I’d put my life down for her.”

Christ, that’s a bit full on and it even surprised Heidi as she exclaimed, “You feel that way after six months?! Wow. You like her a lot.”

But the Katie Price related chit-chat didn’t end there, later that day Vinnie decided to question the cross-dressing cage-fighter and asked if he'd like children. Alex replied:

“That’s my next big adventure.” Oh really.

But he must have realised he’d said too much because he then went shy and buried his head in his pillow.

After expressing concerns that his life is a “rollercoaster”, fellow housemates Stephen and Vinnie Jones thought they’d offer Alex some rather brutal pearls of wisdom.

“You can control your destiny by being consistent. Say 'I'm this' and then be that and that's how the culture will perceive you” said Stephen.

"Right now you’re a frickin' tossed salad” Erm ok.

"You’re so many different things. Decide what you want to be."

Vinnie meanwhile chipped in saying:

"Very good advice. You’re a little bit of everything and you’re none of them."

Harsh, but will Alex follow the pair’s advice? And are we sure that Stephen meant to say toss..ed salad? Seems a bit strange...

Lady Sovereign keeps stomping around the house like an angry teen as she's clearly peed off that she's been nominated. While, misery guts Jonas is still heartbroken after Katia called time on their 3-day fling and don’t even get us started on Stephen Baldwin’s sudden and totally unjustified hatred for Nicola T.

But if you were hoping it might just be a bad patch and everyone will be smiling again soon then you might have to wait a little longer.

Last night Alex Reid joked with that Katia should continue her romance with Jonas to stop the public voting her out of the house on Friday, he said:

“So Kat, I’ve been having a little think about your situation. I’m just thinking, you know what could guarantee you staying in? What do you reckon? Just think how popular it would be?”

But she obviously didn’t get the hint so she said, “What are you talking about?” And he explained, “Just think, romance on a celebrity TV show, you could win it. You could be the new Peter and Katie.”

Hmmm, that’s an interesting comparison Alex.

So anyway to cut a long story short Kat said she didn’t want to be the next Katie and Peter, which is when Jonas chimed in and said, “Well you are in here because of a public relationship” - Ouch!

A tearful Ivanova simply got up and left the room. Vinnie wasn’t impressed with Reid and Jonas’ antics and said, “The first bit was funny, why did you have to keep on? Dude – not cool.” Quite right Vinnie, it really wasn’t cool.

Some have taken Katie’s silence as a sign that she’s been angered by some of the things Alex has been saying since going on the programme, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Earlier today on Twitter the reality star told her followers:

“My man alex is doing sooooo well an miss him soooo much soooo proud xxxx”

Well that clears up that impending feud rumour then, doesn’t it?!

So that’s the end of Heidi and Katia then... Or is it? Who do you want to leave??

And last night the muscley cage fighter was at it again, this time though he’d managed to rope Swedish DJ Basshunter (who’d just been dumped by Katia) into stripping off with him. Once nekkid, Alex then donned a little blonde wig as a special welcome ceremony for new housemate Ivana Trump, and then he frolicked in the snow.

Oh, how sweet of him. Now put some clothes on will you boys, we’ve had quite enough of that thank you very much...

Katia pulled Jonas aside yesterday to tell him (during a really awkward and stilted conversation):

“We need to stop this thing – it’s not worth it in the end.” She added: “we’re more friends anyway…”

Uh-ha yup that’s right Katia, just like friends. Well just like friends who like to cuddle all the time and share long intimate kisses together anyway.

Anyway, our guess is that by the end of the week Katia will be snogging the face of Jonas again like nothing ever happened, unless she gets voted out that is…

The three contestants facing the public vote this week are, Lady Sovereign, Heidi Fleiss and Ekaterina Ivanova.

Oh no, we don’t want any of them to go! We love Lady Sovereign, Heidi Fleiss makes us laugh and we can't wait to see how Katia’s relationship with Basshunter develops.

On Friday night, during a live show, Sisqo performed a magic trick that he had practiced earlier that day to make Lady Sovereign disappear.

But what he and his fellow housemates didn’t know is that Sov was going to be replaced by Ivana Trump. But don’t worry, Sov was coming back later, she hadn’t been evicted or anything nasty like that.

So anyway, as the contestants watched on Sisqo closed the box on the younger rapper and when he opened it again he couldn’t believe his eyes when multi-millionaire socialite Ivana was there in her place.

Meanwhile, the strain is beginning to show on all the other housemates as yesterday Heidi Fleiss asked Big Brother if she could leave.

After less than a week in the house the former Hollywood madam decided she’s already had enough. Other housemates tried to convince her to stay but she claimed she missed her exotic birds and wanted to leave for ‘personal issues.’

Heidi’s brother Jason died in a tragic accident in Hawaii just days before she went into the house, which is probably what she means by ‘personal issues’ and quite frankly we’re surprised she went on the show in the first place, let along stuck it out this long.

She hasn’t gone yet but we unfortunately we’ve got a feeling it’s only a matter of time.

Yes Ivana is set to make a surprise entrance into the pad tonight while the housemates are taking part in their variety show task.

We don’t know why but we’ve got a feeling that Ivana will be a bit like this year’s Jackie Stallone – in other words, she’ll be pure television genius!

Yes, last night Alex Reid proved, once again, that he is the absolute master of hiding his man-parts when he slipped into this fetching skin tight pink number. Well, we suppose he has had plenty of experience tucking and taping over the years when dressing as Roxanne hasn’t he?

Anyway the CBB boys were all in mankinis last night as part of a “hilarious” Hunk Off task which saw them all competing in a beauty pageant which included a swimwear round, an evening wear round, a talent show and a strength test – which essentially involved them opening jars of pickles.

And at the end of the night, Sisqo was eventually crowned winner, while Dane Bowers came second, Jonas came third, Alex Reid fourth, and Stephen Baldwin came last after initially refusing to take part in the task out of “respect for his wife” (respect for himself more like). Which one of the boys would’ve got your vote then?

Earlier today a worried Katia confided to glamour model Nicola T:

"I'm worried about what people are saying. I don't fancy him. He's way too clean cut for me."

Well if you’re worried about what people are saying about you now Katia, you should’ve heard what was said when you were going out with Ronnie Wood.

Anyway we find it pretty hard to believe that the former cocktail waitress doesn’t have a crush on Jonas – is she just trying to cleverly blow us all of the scent? Because if she is, it didn’t work very well….

Oddly enough, it seems as though Jonas decided Katia was the woman for him after her spectacular farting performance the other night. In fact the former cocktail waitress was so good at expelling wind that Jonas told the rest of the housemates that he thought he’d found a “soulmate” in her. High praise indeed.

But perhaps the most telling incident of the depth of their feelings for each other came (no pun intended) yesterday morning when Basshunter admitted to the group that when he was a teenager he had an addiction to masturbation (apparently he pleasured himself 25 times a day at one stage), to which Katia responded by saying that perhaps she could "help him break his record while he is in the house."

See – it must be must be love; Jonas admitted he had an addiction, and Katia offered to help him through the tough times. Still we suppose she probably had plenty of experience doing that with Ronnie Wood.

The former Hollywood madam considered pulling out of the reality TV show, as it meant she would miss her brother’s funeral, but her ex-boyfriend convinced her it is what Jason would have wanted.

Heidi’s brother drowned a few days ago whilst on holiday in Hawaii when a strong current swept him out to sea and a friend of Heidi’s revealed:

“She said, ‘I loved Jason. I don’t want to be disrespectful to him.’ I told her she needed to get away and stay busy so she does not have time to dwell on this awful thing.”

Wait, did we miss something? Did her friend really tell her “she does not have time to dwell on this awful thing?” Erm – Hello! Her brother just died surely ‘dwelling’ on it is exactly what she needs to do, it’s called grieving!

None more so than Vinnie Jones who told the housemates yesterday:

"I don't fancy doing three weeks. I keep eyeing up those walls to see how high they are".

Well that would be a shame wouldn’t it, because according to online bookies Vinnie is currently favourite to win CBB.

Let’s hope that Vinnie has had a change of heart since then, because it just so happens that it’s the X Men star’s birthday today and BB has a organised a few surprises for him. Although when asked by his fellow housemates yesterday what he’d like for his birthday (he’s 45 in case you’re wondering) he replied:

"A red card straight from here would do me."

Oh dear  - that doesn’t sound good does it?! Okay so we know there’s around three weeks until the reality show finishes but we were wondering; who would you like to see crowned winner of the very last series of Celebrity Big Brother?

Last night Jordan let the cat out the bag (so to speak) and joked on her Twitter:

“Gossip heard a model called vicky thomas who is an ex of danes an alexes is going in house bring it on bb how funny love it xx” (sic)

Isn’t it funny listening to Katie Price pretend she doesn’t care that a busty lady, who regularly strips live on a soft porn channel, is going to be living with her fella for the next month?! HA! She’s really not fooling anybody.

Well thank heaven for small mercies, last night the final series of Celebrity Big Brother kicked off and it already looks like it’s going to be a corker!

First into the house was the youngest Baldwin brother Stephen, who was followed by glamour girl Nicola T and the least surprising housemate of all cross-dressing cage-fighter Alex Reid.

Jordan’s fella received a frosty reception from the crowd but when Davina asked if there was any truth in the rumours he’d had a New Years Eve punch up with Dane Bowers he said there was “categorically” no fight. Really Alex? REALLY? Because when Dane entered the house shortly after the first thing the housemates said is “what’s happened to your head?” As he was clearly covering a large cut with makeup, very suspicious we’re sure you’ll agree.

But anyway enough about that, who else was there? Thong song singer Sisqo, Swedish musician Basshunter, rapper Lady Sovereign, notorious Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss, actress Stephanie Beecham, Ronnie Wood’s former Russian lover Katia and last but not least former footballer turned Hollywood star Vinne Jones.

Quite an impressive line-up eh!

But what could this fair ground theme mean, we wonder? Well according to the CBB press release the fair ground theme is “really in keeping with the show’s feel that nothing is what it seems”.

Hmmm, we wonder what’s in store for the celebs then? Well we guess we’ll just have to wait and see won’t we!

Speaking of which, as well as Alex Reid and Dane Bowers, it’s also rumoured that Basshunter, Stephen Baldwin, Heidi Fleiss, Stephanie Beacham, Vinnie Jones, Lady Sovereign, Nicola T and Ronnie Wood's ex Ekaterina Ivanova will be taking part in this series of CBB. Quite a line-up eh? *sniggers*.

Apparently a fight erupted between the pair after Dane Bowers drunkenly threatened to kill Alex Reid at 5am on New Years day following a bash at Katie Price’s home in Surrey.  

Surprisingly the former glamour model had invited Dane to the party so that he and Alex could “bond” before going on CBB this evening – but obviously that plan fell flat on it’s face, didn’t it!

Anyway a friend of Reid’s revealed that the fight started after Bowers drunkenly disturbed the cross-dressing cage-fighter and Jordan as they were trying to get to sleep and then refused to leave Price’s house.

Then in a rage, super-fit Alex Reid repeatedly elbowed the boyband singer in the head then used a specialist fighting move on his knees before knocking him down with a martial arts-style headkick (as you do).

But despite the incident (which reportedly left Bowers mildly bruised) producers of CBB have decided to let the pair on the reality programme after both swore not to brawl again.

Blimey, we don’t know about you but we can’t wait for Celebrity Big Brother this evening!

If that’s the case Davina then why are Channel 4 offering Alex Reid £150k to appear as his alter ego Roxanne? He’s hardly an A-List celebrity is he?! He fact he’s not even a celebrity!

A source told The Daily Star:

“Alex has really been trying to ditch Roxanne for a while now after all the mess it caused when it first came out.

“He got so much stick from all his fighting pals that he and Kate agreed that he should give it up.

“But since they’ve got back together Kate has been going on and on at Alex to resurrect Roxy. And now CBB want her back too he has had to think seriously about it.

“If the money is right then he’ll definitely be up for it.”

Well one hundred and fifty grand sounds about right to us!

As soon as we heard the theme tune for this years show and saw the flaming logo we knew we were in for something special and today the Executive Producer Shirley Jones revealed that the whole series has been inspired by Dante’s Inferno. She said:

“The famous line from Dante’s Inferno is 'Abandon hope all ye who enter here', which has inspired much of what we have done to the house, particularly the entrance which is dark and cavernous with flaming walls.

“When the celebrities arrive in the house on Sunday night they will definitely wonder what is in store for them, it looks incredibly different from previous years.”

But what we really want to know is who the hell is going in?! Looks like we’ll just have to wait until Sunday to find out!

There’s all the usual speculation in the papers about this years crop of housemates but until the actual night you can never be too sure. After all, no celebrity would be stupid enough to admit they’re actually going in the house would they? Well would they?

Step forward Kym Marsh who posted the following message (which has since been deleted) on her Twitter page:

“Finished Corrie for a couple of weeks, now off to get myself a 'reality' check.”

Now before you say we’re reading too much into this and she only said ‘reality check’, what’s the big deal?! She then added:

“Lets just say 2010 is going to be a BIG year right from the start” and “I'm only taking a couple of weeks off, you might even see more of me.”

And then finally just in case there was any doubt what she was trying to say she wrote:

“Thinks it might be a good thing, I wont be near my phone or laptop for a couple of weeks next month!”

Do you think she realises that if she is actually going into the Celebrity Big Brother house she’s not actually allowed to tell everybody? Well if she didn’t she does now, apparently the Celeb BB production team gave the Corrie actress a right telling off.

UPDATE: A spokesman for Coronation Street has denied reports that Kym Marsh will be going into the Celebrity Big Brother house and apparently the Kym Marsh Twitter account is fake. They said:

"There is no truth in it at all. Kym will be back filming with us the first week in January."

We must admit it did seem a bit far fetched that she'd really be that stupid to post those messages, nevermind eh!

Well it turns out it was actually true, but don’t get too excited because even though the self-confessed ex-cocaine addict jumped at the chance to boost her profile and earn a whopping £250k, the shows psychiatrists have deemed her too mentally unstable to appear. Shame.

A close pal of the troubled star confirmed:

“Kerry is heartbroken – it’s the first offer of work she’s had in months and she’s failed it because she isn’t mentally well enough.”

Aw, we kind of feel sorry for her, it must be devastating to miss out on that sort of money especially when you’re bankrupt and facing eviction from your home. But then we remember there is a solution to her problems, she could do what the rest of civilisation does and GET A REAL JOB!

But unsurprisingly the glamour model - who we caught up with tottering in the snow outside her Surrey home yesterday with her son Harvey and boyfriend Alex – has barred the cage fighter from talking about her while on the show.

Apparently Katie’s now given Alex – who allegedly signed a £150,000 deal to appear on CBB next month – tips on how to handle the media while in the BB house. A source said:

"She (Katie) has been giving him tips on how to handle the media and what to say when he goes on Celeb Big Brother. Obviously Katie doesn't want him revealing intimate secrets about herself or their relationship.

"She's told him to be careful about what he says - and not let CBB bosses ply him with drink in the hope that he starts spouting off.”

The source adds: "Certain subjects are off limits…"

But if he can’t reveal intimate details about his relationship with Katie, is there actually anything interesting left for him to talk about? That was a rhetorical question by the way, no need to answer…

Because it’s Friday we thought we’d show you this cringeworthy video of last year’s Big Brother winner Sophie Reade pole dancing in her underwear to be promote the launch of her 2010 calendar.

We figured you’d like to see it because we’re reliably informed that she strips at the end of the clip, but we didn’t actually get that far before we had to switch it off.

If you manage to watch the entire thing maybe you can tell us whether or not it’s true, does she really get her kit off? Actually, on second thoughts, we'd rather not know.

When they arrived at the nightclub the doorman spotted them and before they could even set foot out of the taxi they were told in no uncertain terms that they wouldn’t be coming in, shame.

The BB babe was fooling around while shooting a calendar with model Liz Ryan at The Morgan Hotel in Dublin, but Noirin wont be staying in Ireland for long as she recently revealed her plans to work in London.

She said:

“I've been getting loads of offers to do glamour modeling since I left the house and I figure I might as well do it for the moment.

“The end goal is definitely to get into TV though, that's what I want to do.”
