Sadly theNews Of The World claim today that the pair are going through a bit of a rocky patch of late as they fight over their heavy work loads.
A source close to the family has said that the two began rowing because Kris wanted Dannii to spend less time working and more time with baby Ethan.
“Kris is not happy about Dannii's heavy workload, and wants her to spend more time with him and baby Ethan, and has put his foot down” said the source.
"Dannii is not happy about having to choose between work and family, and they have been arguing about this recently."
It’s thought that the constant travelling between Australia and the UK has put a strain on the couple’s relationship too and it’s claimed that Dannii decided to opt out of X Factor UK in order to remedy that. The source added:
“There have been some very rocky times lately. She has made a decision to put the relationship first by refusing to commute between Australia and Britain for The X Factor.
“Kris loves Australia so I think they'll try to base themselves there. It would be awful for them to break up now after everything they've been through."

Having headed back to Britain after being dismissed as an "X Factor" U.S. judge, Cheryl Cole was reportedly secluded in a secret location while speaking about her firing for the first time.
According to The Mirror, the former Girls Aloud singer was even pondering an exit from the UK version of the show - as she's been given an ultimatum by ITV bosses in regards to getting back to the her duties on the popular music competition show.
The Mirror report goes on to tell that Miss Cole opened up to a friend while asking, “Why did Simon Cowell do this to me?”
Cheryl is also said to be at a loss as to why the U.S. "X Factor" dismissal took place, saying, “I still haven’t been given a reason."
As for the ultimatum in regards to her UK TV duties, Simon is said to have chastised Cheryl about her ruing over the failed go in the States.
Cowell reportedly told her, “Do you want another job on more money? It’s a simple question: Yes or No?"
An ITV insider added, "She’s been told to grow up and pick yourself up or you’ll lose the British show too. It’s tough, but we start filming the UK program on Wednesday. No one is bigger than the show, that’s what she has to realize. If Cheryl doesn’t want to do it we’ll just go on without her. It’s very worrying that she’s refusing to engage with us. Hoping to draw viewers with her latest spooky venture, Katie Holmes' upcoming movie "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" has just released its official theatrical trailer.
The horror/thriller flick tells the story of "a young girl sent to live with her father and his new girlfriend who discovers creatures in her new home who want to claim her as one of their own."
Directed by Troy Nixey, "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" also stars "Memento" actor Guy Pearce and 11-year-old "Bridge to Terabithia" actress Bailee Madison.
With the screenplay put together by the well-regarded Guillermo del Toro, the film is all set to hit theaters on August 26, 2011.

Making the sudden and surprising announcement that his longtime "Law & Order: SVU" tenure is coming to an end, Christopher Meloni will certainly be missed by his co-star partner Mariska Hargitay.
The Detective Olivia Benson actress spoke about her beloved castmate's departure for the first time, releasing a statement reading: "For the past 12 years Chris Meloni has been my partner and friend, both on screen and off. By no means a poor performance - yet quite a ways behind "The Hangover 2" - is second place garnering film "Kung Fu Panda 2," as the Jack Black and Angelina Jolie animated tale is on pace to pull in $65 million over the 5-day opening weekend run.

It wasn't quite Lady Gaga on Good Morning America, but Rihanna kicked of Today‘s Toyota Concert Series this morning at Rockefeller Center in New York City.
Walking through the crowd offers great access to the fans, but also risks. This one guy got little too excited when Rihanna walked by and grabbed the singer!

The singer's rep tells The Daily Mail that Amy Winehouse checked into rehab because "she wants to be ready for performances in Europe this summer and wants to get an assessment. She will remain at The Priory on doctors' advice."
Wonder if the doctors advised easing the transition with that Smirnoff.
This isn't Winehouse's first stint in rehab: the singer sought treatment in 2008 to treat her addiction to drugs and alcohol. Clearly that worked well.

Short of biting the head off an animal onstage (but that’s already been done hasn’t it?) we’re not sure how many more gimmicks Lady GaGa can come up with to get people talking about her.
Admittedly this zipwire malarkey (which she used to fly into a Good Morning America gig earlier) was a good’un as far as gimmicks go and we especially like her costume, which was a tad like a cross between a court jester and a Ku Klux Klan member. Fit.

This fact was confirmed by Khloe Kardashian earlier in the week, as she sat with E! News and previewed the upcoming, sixth season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
"She is on birth control," Khloe said of her sister. "But I don't want it to be bad... Because it's not that reason why she's on birth control."
In other words: Kendall may not be sexually active. Various types of pills also regulate one's menstrual cycle and/or assist with acne.

With a very super injunction serious look on her face, Imogen Thomas left her home earlier today to embark on a shopping trip to cheer herself up.
She needed cheering up you see because apparently she’s been receiving death threats via Twitter from a couple of sick individuals over her affair allegations.
The BB star is now said to be considering fleeing her home while the police investigate the threats so that she can stay somewhere more safe in the meantime. A source close to her – aka someone in Max Clifford’s office - said:
“She's in fear of her life because these people have said they know where she lives, the make and model of her car, and have named members of her family.
"Police are taking the threats seriously and so is Imogen. Her life has been turned upside-down and she wants to go somewhere she feels safe."
