The first results show of the Dancing With the Stars season also featured a performance by Chris Brown, who Rihanna talked about in a new interview.

Meanwhile, Jessica Simpson is rumored to be considering a seat at the judges table on Simon Cowell's new X Factor, which premieres later this year.

If this isn't a recipe for a happy family, we don't know what is.

It looks like Brad Womack has finally won over Ricki, his fiancee Emily Maynard's five-year-old daughter, with probably the best possible combination:

Justin Bieber and cotton candy.

In this Us Weekly photo, The Bachelor couple and Ricki stepped out for a visit to the movie theater in Maynard's hometown of Charlotte, N.C. It was cute.

"He was smiling at her, and she looked really happy," an observer says of the trio, who were emerging from a matinee of Justin Bieber: Never Say Never.

Despite some major setbacks - long distance, a cancelld March wedding, a short-lived split, some poking of the bear - it looks like they're gonna make it.

Womack said it was "perfection" bonding with "my girls" during the visit over movies, Sunday church services, an IHOP run and shopping at Nordstrom.

All together now ... AWWWW! Things were looking down for awhile, but never say never! What do you think? Will Brad Womack and Emily Maynard last?

Casey Abrams might still be in shock. The same goes for American Idol viewers, who didn't expect the judges to use their one save on him so early in the season.

But that they did last week, a decision Jennifer Lopez says she's fine with.

"We knew that it was kind of a radical decision because it was so early in the season, but to be quite honest... that is one decision that I haven't lost one ounce of sleep over," the singer told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show today.

Okay... but why Abrams?

"[Casey] is one of our most dynamic performers. He's so interesting and so talented," Lopez told the American Idol host. "I know it's crazy, but we had to do it!"

Now, of course, the decision is out of Lopez and the judges' hands. Best of luck choosing the winner, viewers!

"I really feel we put 11 amazing contestants in front of them, and now it's [about] who their favorite is, who's going to be their American Idol," concluded J. Lo. "I didn't realize I was going to fall in love with the contestants the way I have and feel for them the way I do."

Elizabeth Banks and husband Max Handelman are now the proud parents of a beautiful boy named Felix, who was born via gestational surrogate.

"I have been very fortunate in life both professionally and personally," the 30 Rock star, 37, wrote on her website in a post announcing the birth.

"The one true hurdle I've faced in life is that I have a broken belly," she added.

"After years of trying to get pregnant, exploring the range of fertility treatments, all unsuccessful, our journey led us to gestational surrogacy."

"From that came two miracles. The first was meeting our carrier and her husband who were truly humbling in their decency and generosity."

"The second miracle was the birth of our baby boy, Felix Handelman."

"Felix means 'happy' and 'lucky' in Latin. And true to his name, Felix is a very happy baby and a blessing on our life," she concludes.

Lindsay Lohan can cross one thing off her list of legal worries.

Officials with the Riverside County District Attorney are not filing charges against the star for her December 12 altercation with Dawn Holland in rehab.

The case was dropped "due to insufficient evidence" against LiLo, who was accused by Holland, then a Betty Ford Center employee, of all sorts of stuff.

After she allegedly caught the actress drinking and violating curfew, Holland claimed Lohan threw a phone at her, a charge that Lindsay later denied.

The train wreck's mom, Dina Lohan, said her daughter, who also faces trial for felony grand theft after rejecting a plea deal, was elated at the news.

"Lindsay didn't know until Tuesday night when I texted her the good news. She texted me back, 'Great, Awesome! Thanks Mommy. Goodnight!'"

"We are all just so relieved, we were all waiting for the truth to come out that Lindsay was innocent. Lindsay has been working on her sobriety."

"She has been following the Betty Ford program and they have been supportive throughout this entire experience. They stood behind her."

Who knew the program included non-stop partying?

It doesn't take much for Justin Bieber to make fans go crazy in concert. His mere appearance does it every time.

But the 17-year old really had audience members screaming during a tour stop this week when he asked what single they wanted to hear. Between shrieks for "Baby,' Justin broke into a couple quick covers.

He sampled "Friday" by Rebecca Black and then "Baby One More Time" by Britney Spears. Eventually, Justin gave in to his supporters' demands, of course. Watch the fun unfold now:

Perhaps things are not all good between Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian.

While promoting her new shoe line in Mexico this week, the hotel heiress who made celebrity sex tapes into a profitable art form told The Associated Press: "There's so many people out there who try to imitate what I do, but I am the original. There is nothing like me."

Hmmm... to whom could Paris possibly be referring?!?

Claiming she has "the best fashion sense," Hilton let her ego truly run amok during the event. She said: "The girls all love my style. When they buy my products, they can be like me!"

And who is this person? Someone who has "done everything that I wanted to do," Paris added. "I feel very blessed that I have been very successful in every area... There is nothing else to do!"

Well... except star in another reality show, of course. The World According to Paris premieres on Oxygen this spring.

Britney Spears appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, and on top of performing two tracks from her new album, showed us how to make a very special cocktail.

This was, in fact (not really), a deleted scene from Jackass 3D. It may not have made the final cut, but Johnny Knoxville was kind enough to share it with us here.

It's called Poo Cocktail Supreme. Britney Spears is the "bartender" of sorts. If you get queasy easily, you might not want to watch this. Everyone else, go to it:

In the first promo for NBC's The Voice, we simply heard all about how this singing competition would be different from American Idol. Specifically: it will feature blind auditions.

That's right, judges Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton, Cee Lo Green, and Adam Levine won't actually see contestants that initially try out for the new series, which premieres on April 26. How will this gimmick work? The network gives us an idea below.

In this trailer, we see the panel will utilize their chairs, their ears for talent and their big red buttons:

Brittany Maggard, who triggered Jenelle Evans' POUNDING of some girl she suspected of messing around with her ex, was arrested Tuesday afternoon.

The charge for Brittany? Violating her probation.

All she did was push Jenelle in the direction of beating recipient Britany Truett, but that's all it took for Maggard to get on the wrong side of her P.O.

When the Teen Mom fight first posted on TMZ, the Department of Corrections of North Carolina set the wheels in motion to yank her probation ASAP.

She's on probation for assault. The terms of her freedom require her to obey all laws. If the DOC determines she's not, well, it's their call to pop her.

Brittany is bitter, saying it's not fair she's in more trouble than the other girls in the fight and all she did was push Jenelle. She says she's "terrified."

Of course, she was on probation for a previous ASSAULT CONVICTION, so it's hard to be sympathetic. That and she admitted instigating the brawl.

In any case, she's now free on $5,000 bond.

Thank goodness.

The Real Housewives of D.C. might be no more, but Bravo viewers need not worry that they'll suffer through a decreased number of installments in this franchise. The Hollywood Reporter confirms that casting is underway for The Real Housewives of Toronto.

It's unclear if this series will receive an official greenlight, or if it will air in the United States if it ever does go forward.

But let's hope so, right? As the recent actions of Teresa Giudice prove, these are women that absolutely deserve the fame and money that comes along with their own show.

Rebecca Black may have a number of supporters - Simon Cowell and Lady Gaga have both expressed a certain admiration for the YouTube sensation - but Miley Cyrus us NOT one of them.

Asked about the 13-year old, Miley told Australia's Daily Telegraph: "It should be harder to be an artist. You shouldn't just be able to put a song on YouTube and go on tour."

TGIF? Not to Miley Cyrus.

Cyrus claims she isn't a fan of how people use the Web in general, saying: "I do not Tweet, I do not social network, I try to stay out of it. I complain enough about people knowing too much about my private life, so to go out there and exploit myself would be silly and hypocritical."

Miley did just return to Twitter, however.

She's also heading Down Under for a tour this summer, and she's made it clear she won't be available to any potentual Australian suitors, telling the newspaper: "I'm definitely not coming to Australia single!"

Wow. Guess Miley wasn't kidding about doing a better job keeping her private life private.

Jenelle Evans has been accused of so many things.

Substance abuse. Being unable or unwilling to perform her duties as a mother. Breaking an entering. Breaking Britany Truett's face in this epic beatdown.

A plastic surgery addict, though? That's a new one!

Too bad Jenelle can't have a brain implant done.

Also calling out Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer and original cast members Amber Portwood and Maci Bookout, In Touch says the surgical craze is widespread.

Even if this were true, does anyone care?

Amber and Jenelle have both been arrested for pummeling other human beings in fairly shocking fashion. All of the above girls got pregnant at a very young age.

There's so much to debate already - is Teen Mom bad for society, what's best for the kids, whether these loons should be in jail, etc. What's a little plastic surgery?

Chris Brown and Rihanna got into an infamous disagreement two years ago, but they can certainly agree on wanting to move past that argument now.

In the new issue of Rolling Stone, Rihanna opened up again about her famous ex and why she agreed to the lifting of a restraining order against him.

"You can never please people," she said. "That's my decision. It doesn't mean we're gonna be in a relationship, or make up, or even talk ever again."

"It just means I didn't want to object to the judge," she stressed.

The modified order means that the former couple may attend industry events at the same time as long as Brown doesn't annoy, molest or harass her.

That, Rihanna says, was the entire point. Moving on.

"What he did to me was a personal thing. It had nothing to do with his career. Saying [he can't be at awards shows] definitely made it difficult for him."

But, she takes pains to clarify again: "We don't have to talk again ever in my life. I just didn't want to make it more difficult for him professionally."

That's a relief. His Good Morning America rampage made it hard enough.

Rihanna plays coy about her love life these days, namely reports that she's dating Ryan Phillippe and/or Colin Farrell. Looks like those are just rumors.

"I'm not dating. I'm not even sexting. I'm on complete nil," says the star, who split from baseball pro Matt Kemp, who she dated post-Chris, last year.

The "S&M" star isn't shy about her kinky side, either.

"I like to be spanked," she says, noting it can keep things fresh. "Being tied up is fun. I like to keep it spontaneous. Sometimes whips and chains can become overly planned - you've got to stop and get the whip from the drawer downstairs."

Yup. Definitely can be a hangup for a lot of people.

She's also a big fan of naughty pics, as we know.

"When you're not with the person you want to be intimate with, a picture is the next best thing," she says. "A picture lasts a long time. When you're alone, and those horny moments come up, pictures can be very handy."

Unfortunately, she's going through a bit of a dry spell. She adds: "I haven't gotten a d*** picture in a long time. I think people are a little afraid."

Guess that Chris Brown nude pic wasn't for her then.

Matthew McConaughey covers the latest issue of Esquire. Sadly, he does so with a shirt on.

But he also admits that he's the sort of guy who just likes shedding his top on occasion. Got a problem with that?!?

"Am I a fun-loving guy, man? Who likes running around in the summer with his shirt off, man? Am I a guy who likes to hang out with his friends, and party and go to concerts and football games with his friends? Well, yeah! Yes, I am. Always have been. Always hopefully will be."

McConaughey might not be married to Camila Alves, meanwhile, but just read what he has to say about the mother of his two kids.

"I found the woman... I wanna make a family with, hopefully live our life out together."

And, hey, if shirts come off along the way, will anyone really object?

We have not heard the last of Rebecca Black. Not by a long shot.

The 13-year old singer recently signed with a major music label, and has now revealed the name of her next single: LOL. Pretty appropriate, given the reaction of many critics, isn't it? Black is in the process of recording the track, sources say.

"I like the fact I am singing like a 13-year-old girl, not trying to be anything else," Black says, previewing her upcoming album and adding:

"I would consider some [songs] teenage love songs but I want to keep it appropriate and clean. People were saying, 'You're the worst singer, this is the worst song.' They criticized my voice and the lyrics. But I call them negative Nancies. They can try to rain on my parade but as far as I'm concerned they are raining on their own parade."

Ronnie Magro says he's too young for a relationship. Young, immature, unstable, abusive. Call it what you want, he and Sam are done. DONE!!!!! GET OWWWT!!!!!

After the latest blowup between the lovebirds on the Jersey Shore Season 3 finale, Ronnie and the inaccurately nicknamed Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola broke up.

They're actually still broken up, too, which is like a record for them.

"Some people are just toxic to each other," Magro tells Life & Style, saying that despite trying to make the rocky romance work, he just can't take it anymore.

When Sammi lied about hooking up with Arvin, Ron needed space. "Cheating is where I draw the line," he says, adding that he's too young for a relationship.

Ronnie's 25. Sammi's 24, and only hooked up with Arvin at age 21. Like forever ago. "It was like everything at once came tumbling down," she laments.

"We're better off career- and health-wise figuring out what we need for ourselves," Ron says, in probably the most intelligent statement he's ever made.

Kevin Federline's girlfriend Victoria Prince is knocked up. Shar Jackson, his original baby mama, wishes him nothing but the best despite the circumstances.

Then again, she's used to it. Dude left her and their two kids for Britney Spears, who he impregnated twice in about a year. It's who he is. Fertile, itinerant.

"Honestly, I wish them the best, without question," Jackson says of K-Fed and Prince. "It's just not part of my life. I've got my own family to worry about."

Kevin Victoria is pregnant and Shar is happy for him her.

The mother of four – two of them Kev's – says she's somewhat bemused when people ask her about Federline news. Her response, she says, is usually the same.

"People ask me what I think, or if I have a comment," she says, laughing. "And I'm like, 'Yeah, I have a comment. I need to go home and cook for my own kids!'"

Indeed. You wonder how many K-Fed will sire before he keels over due to obesity and/or emphysema. Kacey Jordan negated what would've been #6 too! Wild.

Tom Bergeron won't be the only one refusing to give Chris Brown a standing ovation tonight.

The Dancing with the Stars host has already voiced his displeasure over that controversial star appearing on this week's results show, and now Cheryl Burke has spoken out against the performance, as well.

"As a victim of domestic violence, I don't agree with him coming on the show, but it's out of my control," she told Extra.

Earlier this year, Burke opened up about her past and admitted she was molested as a child.

It should be an interesting evening on ABC, that's for sure. Do you think Brown should be welcome on such a national stage?
