Kerry Katona was sneaking out of The Bodyline Clinic in Stockport when we caught up with her a short while ago.

The formerly flabby star was reportedly having the skin on her tummy tightened after she recently lost lots of weight.

First to arrive at the Punch Bowl pub in Mayfair were The Saturdays and a short while later Ne-Yo, Simon Webb and Tinie Tempah joined the girls for a meal of fish and chips – Yum scrum that sounds like fun.

Leona Lewis looked stunning in a flowing full-length gown, while Rachel Bilson was sporting an off the shoulder leopard print number and Bar Refaeli a kimono style dress, which would probably look awful on anybody else but somehow she managed to pull it off.

Meanwhile other fashionable guests included Tyra Banks, Naomi Campbell, Eva Herzigova, Taylor Swift, Kylie Minogue, Heidi Klum, Oliver Martinez and Craig David.

On Monday we mocked Mariah Carey when we saw a video of her taking a tumble on stage in Singapore and if we remember correctly we might have said something along the lines of, ‘she even falls like a diva.’

But now we feel kind of bad, because we’ve heard from our well-placed source that Mariah sprained her ankle so badly that she was spotted in a wheelchair when she arrived at Los Angeles International Airport.

The singers rep said, “Mariah twisted her ankle in Singapore and should have packed more sensible shoes, but she doesn’t have any. I’m sending her a pair of flats today.”

Erm, surely she can just go out and buy some flat shoes?

Donna Air, Sir Phillip Green, Kimberly Walsh, Kelly Hoppen, Selena Gomez, Tamara Beckwith, Karen Millen, Louis Walsh, Nicola Roberts and Diana Vickers all turned out for the event... Hang on minute, what was Selena Gomez doing there? That’s a bit random, no?

The X Factor judge was more than happy to pose from pictures under a huge umbrella and the heavy downpour didn’t deter a bevy of celebs from turning out to show their support.

The former Simple Life star had an unbelieveably stressful day yesterday, if we were in her shoes we would have probably blown a gasket, but Nicole took it all in her stride.

It started when she left her home in Los Angeles at 5am and headed to LAX to catch a flight to New York.

After boarding the plane Nicole was told her flight had been cancelled due to engine trouble and all the passengers were moved to another plane, but as if that wasn’t bad enough the second plane was then grounded in Chicago when bad weather conditions hit.

As a result she was two hours late for her book signing at Borders and she had to rush straight from the plane to the store... Stressful!!!

Oh and if you’re wondering why there’s suddenly a big rush of celebrities suddenly releasing books - JLS, Dannii Minogue, Russell Brand etc etc - we’ve got one word for you... Christmas!

Following performances at several summer festivals, the former X Factor contestant will play six dates starting in Manchester on the 8th November and finishing in Dublin a week later. How exciting.

The funny man knows that by posting a naked picture on Twitter everybody will write about the fact he’s got a new book out so here you go Russell, we think you deserve it...

Unfortunately some eager fans, who had skipped school and been waiting since 10am, missed out on meeting the boys after only 400 wristbands were dished out by WhSmith. But they didn't go unnoticed as JLS Tweeted:

"Love you lakeside...too much love for all u guys who come out to our book signings! sorry we couldn't hug and kiss u all!!jaybes xx"

What do you reckon? The dents and shadows certainly look suspicious.

For the second night on the trot, Sugababe Jade Ewen arrived at the North London venue (she was there the night before for the Inside Soap Awards) and joining her was Mollie King, Imogen Thomas, Emily Atack, Dionne Bromfield, Chipmunk, Tinchy Stryder, Lucie Jones and Professor Green.

Can you believe the 26-year-old model’s got an 11-week old baby at home? We can’t, she looks amazing, talk about yummy mummy! We wonder what her secret is? Oh, maybe it’s this...

After last night’s party she Tweeted, “Nearly home to my son miss him so much stopping for a chicken sheesh on the way bloody starving ha ha X”

A chicken sheesh? Now that’s the kind of diet we like!

After posing for several pictures in a black dress, over the knee socks and wide-brimmed floppy hat, the Mama Do singer slipped into an animal print dress and headed to Gilgamesh for the official launch party, which was attended by a whole host of celebs...

A source close to the Beckham camp revealed:

“David doesn’t want a penny of this woman’s dirty money. But that doesn’t mean some good can’t come out of this.”

Meanwhile Posh is said to be busy planning a family holiday to help shield their three sons from the trial and another source said:

“Brooklyn is old enough to understand these things now – and children can be very cruel. David and Victoria just want to protect the boys. As soon as this really kicks off they will disappear.”

Which is funnily enough, the exact opposite to what we will be doing.

“We’re both absolutely over the moon. We really couldn’t be any happier.”

Meanwhile we caught up with the happy couple leaving Nobu in London last night after a celebratory meal with pal David Walliams, who had some funny red blotches on his face.

During the hearing the mum-of-three explained her actions by saying, “I’m just a typical woman driver” and when the prosecutor asked why she drifted Katie said, “I’m just not used to a lorry that big. I was probably a bit scared because it was on a motorway. I don’t remember veering but it is quite difficult to drive.”

After hearing the evidence the court fined the model £1,000 plus a £15 surcharge and she was also ordered to pay costs of £650.

Oh, and don't feel too sorry for the runner-up, she handled the situation perfectly and she still wins $25,000 and a holiday to New York.
