It turns out Mel Gibson's estranged baby mama, Oksana Grigorieva did indeed go to the dentist following a confrontation with the actor on January 6.

The question: Was Mel responsible for the damage she had repaired, or is Oksana just trying to manipulate circumstantial evidence to slander him?

As we reported earlier, Mel punched Oksana in the face - she claims - twice during a heated argument, knocking out teeth and giving her a concussion.

TMZ has since learned there are photos of the damage to Oksana's teeth and records showing that she did in fact go to a dentist the very next day.

Why? That's what's being debated.

OKSANA VS. MEL: Who's telling the truth?

Sources close to Oksana are saying that one of her teeth was completely knocked out and another was chipped thanks to Gibson's violent behavior.

Mel's camp counters that he was not responsible for any damage to Oksana's teeth and that they were not actually damaged ... just the veneers. 

One source adds, "Mel has no idea what she did after he left the house." Is it mere coincidence that she required dental work after this altercation?

Oksana says she has recordings of arguments with Mel she secretly taped, and that one of the tapes may incriminate Mel in the January 6 incident.

Sandra Bullock didn't waste any time.

Not even four months after Jesse James' affairs with Michelle "Bombshell" McGee and other assorted hoes became exposed, the actress' divorce from him is final.

Both Sandra Bullock and her now-ex have signed the final documents, filed and sealed with the clerk's office in Travis County, Texas, within the last week.

Sources confirm the papers make the divorce final, although the contents, including all financial details of their split, will forever remain confidential.

Insiders do say the divorce clears the way for Sandra to complete a single parent adoption, however. Initially, both of them planned to adopt baby Louis.

DONE: Sandra Bullock and Jesse James would have celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary July 16. Alas, dude screwed up big time - literally and otherwise.

Bullock filed for divorce back on April 23, saying her marriage to James "has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities."

That's code for "my husband is a cheating jackass."

So what happens to their relationship going forward? It now appears reports of James moving to Texas to win Bullock back were only partially true.

He wants his children to continue to have a relationship with her, and getting away from his other ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, is an added bonus.

Janine is on parole and can't leave California. Sucks to be her!

When fans ask Taylor Lautner to take his shirt off, he politely declines, but points them to June 30.

That's the premiere for Eclipse, of course, a film that will once again deliver plenty of Jacob Black in the semi-buff.

The man behind that amazing torso spoke to Matt Lauer on Today this morning and first showed his gratitude for the part he plays in general, saying:

"I embrace this role and this franchise. It's done many things for me, I give all the thanks to it and I'm having the time of my life with it."

As for Eclipse, Lautner doesn't need to sell the movie, as it will clearly make hundreds of millions around the world.

Still, he and Kristen Stewart have been promoting the heck out of the third Twilight Saga flick for weeks and he said today:

"Eclipse is definitely my favorite of the series. I feel like Eclipse takes everything about the franchise - the romance, the action, the danger - and it takes it all to the next level."

For Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren, it's no longer a question of whether or not they'll remain together, but whether or not they'll remain civil toward each other.

The pair reunited for the first time in months this past weekend to throw a birthday party for their daughter Sam, but were just barely civil with each other.

According to sources, the party for Sam (whose birthday was June 18, during the U.S. Open) was scheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday and was to last two hours.

Tiger didn't show up until 4:55, however, and he brought his office manager Kathy and another woman with him, making Elin Woods understandably angry.

Fortunately, "they put aside their differences for the good of their daughter when a big birthday cake rolled in," a source familiar with the situation revealed.

RELATIVELY AMICABLE: Tiger and Elin's relations could be better ... and worse.

"Clearly this was Tiger trying to make it up to Sam. He wasn't there on her birthday so he wanted to have a party for her and be there," the source added.

Despite the strained relationship between them, "Elin went along with it. Despite their differences they both want to do what is best for their children."

In any case, Tiger and Elin spending time together for Sam's party was a rare event, even though Elin lives in a rented house approximately a mile away.

He's already playing the field again, supposedly. Whether those rumors are true or not, things have passed the point where reconciliation seems possible.

Sources close to the pair say that Tiger and Elin are about to sign a divorce settlement and that it's almost official, although nothing has been signed yet.

Miley Cyrus isn't the only young actress making a point of telling the world that she's all grown up.

She's just the only one who feels the need to do so by simulating a same-sex kiss with a back-up dancer.

Vanessa Hudgens, conversely, is giving interviews to magazines in which she talks about taking on more mature film roles (such as the daughter of a drug addict in next year’s Beastly) and admits that she actually dislikes life in the spotlight.

Here are a few excerpts of such a discussion with the new issue of Glamour:

On pressure to be a role model: When I am around kids and they come up to me, of course I am going to act a certain way, but at the end of the day, I’m doing this for myself. I’m going to be doing movies kids can’t watch.

On attending public events: I can’t breathe, and I get claustrophobic. It’s a very odd business. I do it because I love acting, but I don’t know if I’ll ever get used to it.

On bonding with boyfriend Zac Efron: Right off the bat, we had a connection. I think everybody could see it. When we had our audition, they paired us together. And he was adorable.

On her nude photos scandal: I think that it has made me stronger. But it still hurts. It sucks because [the photos were] supposed to be private, but at the same time a lot of actresses do it [in movies]. Eventually, I’m sure that I will. But I don’t know if I would be able to do it now.

Has she grown up too fast? Maybe. And maybe that’s the reason why I am silly at 21. But I don’t regret it. And if I wasn’t how I was when I was younger, I wouldn’t be how I am today. You know? And I love the way I am today.

On her love of denim: A, it goes with anything. And, B, if your jeans hug you the right way, you feel like a sexpot. [Laughs.] And they get better with age!

It looks like one of The Bachelorette spoilers fans have been talking about since before the current season even began is about to play out tonight on ABC.

Ali Fedotowsky is, like, feeling great about the remaining seven guys she brought to Turkey ... until a SHOCKING phone call outs the biggest turkey of all.

Thanks to Jessie Sulidis, who befriended Ali on Jake Pavelka's season of The Bachelor, Ali learns that Justin Rego (Rated R) is there for the wrong reasons.

Back home, he's been dating Jessica Spillas, who spilled to Jessie that he went on the show for publicity only. Needless to say, our girl is pretty pissed.

Amazingly, ABC cameras captured all this! What are the odds!?

Among them: the possibility of more children; an eventual marriage to Brad Pitt; and whether there will be a Mr. & Mrs. Smith sequel. Excerpts are below...

Will she have more kids? “We’re not opposed to it. But we want to make sure we can give everybody special time. They’re kids now, and can play together, but they’re going to need a lot more talking in the middle of the night, like I did with my mom for hours. We want to make sure we don’t build a family so big that we don’t have absolutely enough time to raise them each really well.”

Will she and Pitt ever get married? “it’s just like we already are. Children are clearly a commitment, a bigger commitment [than marriage]. It’s for life.”

Will she quit acting? "I’m very, very grateful, it’s a fun job. It’s a luxury... But I don’t think I’ll do it much longer. Because I have a happy home... I got back from work last night, and everybody was playing music and dancing and I suddenly found myself dancing around with a bunch of little fun crazy people.”

Will she and Pitt ever co-star in another movie? “I’d love to. We’ve talked about it. We’d have to figure out who’s going to watch the kids, but it’s really about finding the right thing, because we’ve looked. When you’re a couple, there are certain things people don’t want to see you do. It becomes too indulgent, too personal.

"I don’t think people want to see people who are really together intimate on-screen. Maybe we have to play bad guys that try to kill each other, so it’s just fun and aggressive, not dealing with some man-woman deal.”

Jon Gosselin wants to turn over a leaf. 

A new manager, a life coach and a gigantic tattoo of a dragon across one's back can't change the fact that one is a colossal douchebag, however.

The 33-year-old told Radar Online that he has been doing some soul searching and got the tattoo to signify the changes he is making to his life.

"I have planned this tattoo for years,” the father of eight said in an interview. “I wanted something that resembled a rebirth or a change in me.”

Jon says he picked a Korean dragon because it’s a symbol of rebirth: “The dragon is all encompassing. It has all parts of the zodiac,” Jon said.

IF IT WALKS LIKE A DOUCHE: (You know the rest).

The new tattoo was designed at Never Say Die Tattoo Parlor in Harrisburg, Pa., and required 14 hours of work spread out over two trips there.

Time away from the kids very well spent. Jon Gosselin says he showed his eight children the tattoo, and that "they love it and think it’s cool!"

Wonder if they tell their child psychologist the same story.

Jon's new manager, Canaan Rubin, loves the tattoo, which marks a "turning point in his life, and symbolizes a time of change, improvement.”

He's also working with a life coach, Sylvia Lafair. Jon says: “I have just completed Section Two of my Total Leadership Connection program.”

We have no effing idea what that means, but there's a 97 percent chance it's complete BS, not unlike almost everything else the man says.

Still, Rubin praises Jon, who he says is striving to “become a better father, boyfriend, ex-husband, friend, business partner, everything."

U.S. soccer star Landon Donovan may be facing a crisis much bigger than his team's elimination from the World Cup this past weekend - a forthcoming love child.

A newspaper in the UK will allege that a British woman is pregnant by Donovan, who is separated from his wife, actress Bianca Kajlich, but not divorced from her.

His relationship with Kajlich became the subject of great interest last week after they shared an emotional phone call following his winning goal against Algeria.

Donovan, who played for the Liverpool football club Everton this winter, blew her a kiss during an interview, fueling speculation that the couple might reconcile.

"It would surprise no one if Landon and Bianca were back together very soon," said one of her friends. "They have remained in contact and are very close."

Landon Donovan is separated from wife Bianca Kajlich. The fact that he may have fathered a love child with someone else may not aid his bid to reconcile with her.

The identity of Donovan's baby mama is unclear at this time, as is how Bianca will feel about his attempts to win her back if this love child rumor proves to be legit.

Regarding the pregnancy rumor, Donovan did not deny it might be true, telling Sports Illustrated's Web site: "I was informed of the possibility during the World Cup."

"If I need to take responsibility, then I will provide the appropriate support," he added. "This is a private matter, and I will refrain from further comment at this time."

Donovan has spent most of his career in the U.S., but played on loan in Liverpool earlier this year, becoming a fan favorite - apparently with one woman in particular.

He was a hero for the USA at the World Cup, scoring three goals and guiding the team to the knockout phase, where they were eliminated on Saturday by Ghana.

Former tennis star Jennifer Capriati was rushed to a Florida hospital yesterday, following a suspected drug overdose.

According to TMZ, Capriati - who made her professional debut at the age of 13 and won three Grand Slam titles - was taken away by paramedics who responed to a call from a hotel in Riviera Beach.

Her father says she is recovering well.

Capriati was arrested for marijuana possession in 1994 and spent time in rehab before a return to tennis a couple years later. in July 2007, she left the game again and admitted to depression, saying:

"When I stopped playing, that's when all this came crumbling down. 'If I don't have [tennis], who am I? What am I? I was just alive because of this. I've had to ask, 'Well, who is Jennifer? What if this is gone now?' I can't live off of this the rest of my life.'"

We hope she finds the answers and makes a full recovery.

Because it features a lengthy photo shoot and interview with Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas... even though these two broke up last month!

Fortunately, the singers remain good friends and got together for a second round of questions after their relationship fizzled. But it still makes for an interesting read when Lovato is asked how they originally got together and she replies:

"One night I asked him, 'What is the deal? We're perfect for each other. What are you doing?' And he was like, 'This is really awkward. I have to go.'"

Joe said he had to think it over, but returned to ask Demi out. Which would be a cuter story if the pair were still an item.

To the stars' credit, they are mature and open about their split. Says Joe:

"When I met Demi, I knew right away that our friendship was really strong. I don't want to lose that ever."

It doesn't sound like he will, although Lovato admits "I kind of learned throughout this whole experience that having my private life public isn't as awesome as it might seem."

Vienna Girardi is supposedly scared of Jake Pavelka. He says he'd get engaged to her all over again. Another day in the aftermath of the Breakup of the Century.

After a taped reunion interview that reportedly involved Jake making a fist in anger, a Vienna source says she is afraid of Jake and doesn’t want to go near him.

While ABC claims that no one was ever in physical danger, witnesses say the scene was ugly, and Vienna Girardi wants nothing to do with the guy ever again.

“I am afraid of Jake because he is verbally abusive and controlling, I'm afraid of what he might do next," she told a close friend. “I just want to be left alone."

The friend adds that Vienna "just wants a normal life" and is allegedly "starting a regular 9-5 job in marketing" today, which she's really "looking forward to.”

It's been reported that one reason for the breakup was that Jake refusing to put it to her, but he was all over Vienna when it came to publicity about the couple.

Yes, folks, it's been an amazing ride ... broken fake engagement and all.

We'll also gloss over the whining and scripted events on Bethenny Getting Married?, easily the most ridiculous concept for a reality show to ever air. (After all, Bethenny is married! There's no question mark needed!)

They each donned a white Alice + Olivia dress at public events over the last couple weeks, though the ladies accompanied the outfit by very different footwear. Compare and contrast now:

Wow. What an amazing coincidence: the same week E! airs an episode of Kourtney and Khloe Takes Miami that focuses on Scott Disick being a pathetic drunk, that loser happens to get in a filmed fight with his neighbor.

It's almost as if the marketing team planned it that way!

Below, a THG intern offers up her thoughts on this week's installment of the most scripted show on television...

It’s weird that Kourtney said she doesn’t go to clubs when she’s photographed at them ALL THE TIME and was at one two episodes ago.  Still, this gave her a chance to get out of town with Khloe and head to Chicago.

You’d think Kourt would want to support Scott’s club opening, but nope.  She goes to the Windy City and pushes around Mason while walking next to Khloe, who literally is a foot taller than her in one scene.

The girls are in Chicago to explore Khloe’s obsession with all things forensics and serial killers.  She meets with a renowned doctor to do some investigating.  As the doctor is explaining what a sociopath is, Khloe is having flashbacks and relating everything to Scott.  She reallyyyy has it out for the guy.

Meanwhile, back in Miami Scott’s friends fly down for the opening of his club “MIA.”  When they visit the store, the boys invite the Dash employees, who respond with: “We know it’s a bad idea, but we should go anyway to show we are on Kourtney’s side.” 

What?!? That’s the most illogical rationalization I’ve ever heard.  Inappropriate all around.

Scott feels the need to prove to this boys that he’s not a boring ol’ dad and can still hang. So he chugs Patron - and gets drunk.  He calls one of the girls a hooker, the girl cries and then goes home.

While it’s never polite to call a girl a hooker, the girl really didn’t need to overdramatically beer tear about it.  You’re hanging out with Scott Disick, he could be shoving money down your throat... Oh wait I think he pulled that in this episode, too. 

The Dash employees totally seemed ditzy and dramatic.  They crossed the line, which was really stupid of them, but then again the E! producers probably obviously told them to.

Furthering all things inappropriate, Khloe point blank tells Scott that she thinks he is a sociopath.  He freaks out on her.  She tries to embarrass him at work.  All Kourtney wants to do is protect that little nugget of a baby, Mason.  Khloe needs to tone it down.  Then again, Scott needs a Valium...or five. 

Ah, just another week in the world of twisted reality TV.

Last night's BET Awards featured lots of big names - Kanye West, Usher, T.I. - but perhaps the most talked-about performance came from Chris Brown.

The embattled singer, who has kept a relatively low profile of late, provided an emotional tribute to the late Michael Jackson, breaking down in tears.

Chris was introduced by Michael's brother, Jermaine Jackson.

After a lengthy performance featuring the sickest Michael-inspired dance moves you'll ever see, Brown took the mic to sing "Man in the Mirror" and lost it.

Nearly six minutes into the elaborate MJ homage, his voice cracked, he couldn't sing, and at one point he crumpled to the stage in apparent agony.

MAN IN THE MIRROR: For Chris Brown, that Michael Jackson hit took on an entirely different meaning as he paid tribute to his idol on stage at the 2010 BET Awards.

Coupled with the one-year anniversary of Michael's death, the moving moment was made even more so by the song's lyrics and Chris' recent past.

The 21-year-old returned to the stage later to apologize to his fans: "I let you all down before, but I won't do it again. I promise you," Brown said.

Say what you will about the guy and what he's been through, the performance was actually pretty cool and showed how MJ's music influenced him.

Was that really what it was about, though? Or was it about exploiting Michael's memory for some much-needed positive PR, as some fans have said?

Chris Brown's BET Awards performance was:

Mel Gibson's lawyer says his former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva is making up horrible stories about him because she's having buyer's remorse ... so to speak.

Stephen Kolodny says it's all over a custody agreement she signed: "Oksana's deceitful conduct in trying to terminate Mel's access to his daughter continues."

This is serious stuff: Oksana Grigorieva claims Mel Gibson punched her twice in the face last January, knocking out her teeth and giving her a concussion.

It all started last week, when the Russian pianist took out a restraining order barring Mel from getting near Oksana or their daughter, 8-month-old Lucia.

The next day, Mel's lawyer went to court and got the judge to modify the order, allowing Gibson to have contact with the child, his first with Grigorieva.

Kolodny claims, by modifying the order, the court rejected Oksana's argument that the baby was in danger and affirmed their recent custody agreement.

SHE SAID, HE SAID: Did Mel beat Oksana, or is this a bitter ploy?

Sources connected with Oksana Grigorieva, however, claim she believes Mel Gibson is "extremely violent" and poses an ongoing threat to her and the baby.

Kolodny scoffs at the claim, saying "Mel was hopeful that their break-up was behind them and Lucia would be the beneficiary of cooperative parenting."

"Apparently Lucia will be denied that good fortune."

He noted that they agreed to a deal offering overnight, unrestricted visitation, and which would result in Mel having 50/50 custody of their daughter.

Finally, Kolodny says, "Making sensational allegations is not the way to resolve this," adding that Mel wants a custody resolution in court, not the press.

Lies or not, allegations surfaced last week from sources in Oksana's camp who said she had "to protect the baby during one of [Mel's] violent episodes."

"She tried to protect his reputation, despite her fears of him. She regrets believing his empty promises to obtain help to control his violent nature."

Ne-Yo is going to be a father.

The singer recently told Ebony he is expecting his first child, and that he recently flew home to Atlanta to be with his girlfriend during her first ultrasound.

"I am 30 and I do have my first child on the way, and I am very, very, very excited about that," Ne-Yo revealed. Ne-Yo's baby mama is Monyetta Shaw.

Joking that his firstborn will be "stubborn, he revealed that his girlfriend is due to give birth in early 2011, meaning they must have just found out.

"It's a New Year's baby," said Ne-Yo, whose new album is set for September 21 release. "I'm just in a really good place in life right now."

Congratulations to Monyetta Shaw and Ne-Yo!

For the record, Miley Cyrus hates pop music, Glee and, of course, pants.

Now, the singer has added something else to her list of disdain. In an interview with E! News last week, the singer said: "I hate vampires."

Naturally, this led the network to speak to members of the Eclipse cast about Miley's comments and they replied as follows:

Taylor Lautner: "She doesn't need to like vampires. As long as she likes werewolves, we're cool."

Peter Facinelli: "I'm not necessarily a huge vampire fan, but I do love the books that Stephenie Meyer created. I love that you don't see fangs. It's not a horror movie by any means."

Elizabeth Reaser: "I've always been a fan of vampires since I was a little girl. I loved all the Anne Rice books. Maybe Miley's resisting. Maybe they're so popular now that it's annoying or she's sick of seeing us."

Kellan Lutz: "She hasn't met me then. I would change her opinion on that, I'm sure. I have my ways."

Ashley Greene: "That's so unfortunate because I love her new songs... I'm going to sit Miley down and force her to watch Twilight."

Still, at least we didn’t get to see anything worse – which is a wonder really considering she was pulling such ladylike poses as this (see above).

This week's red carpet premiere may have been in honor of Eclipse, but screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg took the opportunity to give fans a major tease about Breaking Dawn.

A HOT, SEXY major tease, we should say!

Speaking to Hollywood Life, Rosenberg opened up about Bella and Edward's relationship in the fourth movie. She said:

“I can tell you the sex scenes are going to be sensual and they’re going to be delicious.

They’re going to be everything I would want them to be. They may not be as graphic as some people may want them, but I honestly don’t think graphic translates into hot. I don’t care if it’s PG-13 or R. I just want the hottest sex scene there is and I don’t necessarily think ‘graphic’ is the best way.”

In a new interview with Ryan Seacrest, Scott Disick admits he "has issues."

Hollywood's biggest douche then went out and proved that yesterday, getting into a dispute with a neighbor because she criticized his parking job.

Multiple sources confirm that Disick stood alongside Kourtney Kardashian outside their home and screamed at the woman next door:

"Look at you! You know I have to sell my house cheaper because of you! You're disgusting, I would kill myself if I looked like you... you whale!"

Hmmm... is it too late to somehow make Scott look like her?

Despite Kourtney's best efforts to calm her pathetic man down, cops were called to the scene. But no arrests were made or even citations handed out.
