Holy freaking hotness. That's all we can say about the rumor that Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, partners on the new season of Dancing with the Stars, are partnering off the dance floor as well. Maks even said it might be on!

Chmerkovskiy says that he and the ESPN sportscaster are "maybe" dating. That's a lot closer to dating than "no," right? He also lavished praise upon his partner.

"She doesn't hold back. She's open, and what you see is what there is," Chmerkovskiy told People magazine. "Everybody who meets her falls in love with her."

Himself included? Sounds like it!

Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy work it.

Chmerkovskiy, who was engaged to fellow Dancing with the Stars cast member Karina Smirnoff for a time, credited himself for pushing Andrews during their first dance together last Monday, which ranked among the season premiere's best.

"I made her do a cha-cha that I would make a professional dancer do," he said, and it paid off, as Erin Andrews isn't shy about gushing about him either.

"When Kentucky was upset, [Maks] texted me about it," the ESPN reporter said of having to miss some of the NCAA tournament for DWTS rehearsal. "Maks was like, 'You are the only person I know that cares about this.' He's been adorable."

The long-awaited Mindy McCready sex tape (don't act like you weren't wondering about it) is on the verge of being released, and its premise is far from unfunny.

With Mindy McCready, Baseball Mistress, the troubled singer joins the ranks of sex tape purveyors like Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, Shauna Sand, and so on.

The funny thing about calling it Baseball Mistress - besides that Mindy McCready has a sex tape at all - is that it's a reference to her affair with Roger Clemens.

The steroid fiend and MLB legend is not featured on the tape, of course. Minor detail. Still, McCready donned baseball-themed garb for the cover, so ... yeah:

The affair that rocked baseball? The testimony that shocked Congress? Okay, those things apply to Roger Clemens. The raw sex that started it all? Not sure how that does.

We have to guess that Vivid Entertainment, which has set an April 19 release date for the Mindy McCready sex tape, will be hearing from Rog's lawyer Rusty Hardin.

Then again, he isn't mentioned by name, and who knows, maybe he already gave his consent in exchange for a cut of the profits. Dude's image kind of took a hit.

The video features McCready and a boyfriend named "Peter," and in addition to the feverish body slapping, McCready offers commentary about previous conquests.

Her bedpost notches include Alan Jackson, Dean Cain and, of course, Clemens. No mention of Kari Ann Peniche, whose Eric Dane tape Mindy's accused of stealing.

It seems like a year ago that Carrie Prejean found herself in hot water for comments she made regarding her opposition to gay marriage at the Miss USA pageant.

That's because it was a year ago, and what a year it's been for the hypocrite since, getting engaged to Kyle Boller and stripped of clothes and a Miss California title.

There are rumors circulating that Bullock has met with divorce lawyers, though her rep has shot those down. You wonder if it's only a matter of time, however.

While she has not commented at all publicly, it looks like she's sending a very clear message to James. Similar to the one Michelle McGee sent to the haters.

Her friends think Lindsay Lohan is going to die. Apparently some law enforcement officials have been similarly alarmed at her condition and share that sentiment.

Police officers who routinely come in contact with Lindsay - the fact that they do at all tells you something - say they have thought about forcing her to get help.

Cops, unsurprisingly, see Lindsay at her worst - late nights and early mornings when she is absolutely plastered needs assistance avoiding celebrity gossip media.

Some authorities quoted by TMZ cite Lindsay's "erratic behavior" and "attitude," both of which have grown progressively worse over the last several months.

According to reports, during one of Lindsay's crazier nights out recently, the police became so concerned they discussed taking her in for a 5150 evaluation.

Also known as the Britney Spears psychiatric hold.

A pair of celebrity gossip photographers battled physically - one's in jail for suspected battery and the other's in the hospital - for a shot of ... Pixie Lott.

That's right, it was all-out bedlam at LAX airport and neither Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Lady Gaga or Lindsay Lohan were involved in any way.

Rather, it was Pixie Lott, a 19-year-old British singer and actress, who was the target of the photography madness ... and is now on THG's watch list.

Signed to Island Def Jam when she was just 15, Pixie (a.k.a. Victoria Louise Lott) released her debut album, Turn It Up, in September to general success.

Tiger Woods plans to return to golf at the Masters in Augusta, Ga., on April 8.

Elin Woods plans to skip that if at all possible, according to various reports.

The golfing great's scorned spouse has been weighing whether to attend the tournament, which would be a very public display of support for her husband.

That's obviously just the scenario Tiger's camp would like to see happen at the event, according to a source, who declined to say if Elin is still wearing her chastity belt of spikes, but notes that his pressure alone won't make her decision.

On the contrary, even:  "Elin does not want to go to the Masters and is preparing for a trip to see her family and friends in Sweden," an insider dished.

Will Elin Woods have Tiger's back, or turn hers on him?

"She is also being asked by Tiger to attend the Masters, even if for only half a day, to look like she is interested in supporting Tiger's return to golf."

"But really, she would rather not be there."

Instead, the source believes the intensely private Elin will continue to keep a low profile and fly a commercial airline to Sweden, where her family lives:

Simon Cowell’s former lover Sinitta has been sticking her nose in where it doesn’t belong, yet again, by blabbing to the press about the music mogul’s impending wedding to Mezhgan Hussainy.

The 80’s pop star said today that she doesn’t think Simon should marry his fiancée on September 11th, even though the busy X Factor judge only has the weekend of the 11th and 12th free because of his jam-packed schedule.

"I don't like that date, it has horrible associations. If he has it then it will be as if the wedding is going to be the next disaster, and that's not very nice is it?"

Sinitta, who’s helping plan the couple’s wedding reception, also revealed that Simon is planning to throw a Salvador Dali themed wedding bash. She said:

"It will be a pretty surreal do - Salvador Dali-inspired. There'll be angels and all sorts everywhere. It will be amazing."

That’s right, we caught up with Melina really-annoying Messenger filming scenes for the upcoming Walkers crisps ad in South Africa last week along with actor Will Mellor.

By the looks of it, it was a comedy partnership maid in heaven (geddit?! We said maid, instead of made, because they’re dressed like maids but maid sounds like made. It was play on words you see. God we’re funny. Really damn funny).

Are Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush not actually broken up - or at least on the cusp of a reconciliation? You bet, according to a source claiming: "It's not over ­ yet!"

Of course, this source has no name and is quoted by Radar Online, reigning celebrity gossip kings of vague "exclusives" that are impossible to prove or disprove.

However, it does coincide with other reports that suggest whatever broke the couple up might be repaired in the near future. "They are not done," the source said.

"They have problems but they still love each other. I won't be surprised to see these two get back together in a few weeks." Or if they don't ... it's open-ended.

If they do patch things up, however, it's all on #25. "Reggie is going to have to make the first move," the source predicted. "She will wait ­ and he will come."

That was also the tagline of the Ray J sex tape. Sorry. Not really.

Kim's former New Orleans Saint was embroiled in an alleged cheating scandal early last week after being linked to blonde January Gessert, despite the fact that:

LOL, indeed. According to a close confidant, that Tweet "was meant for Kim more than anyone." If that were true, wouldn't he just text or email her? Just asking.

Lingerie brand Miss Ultimo have decided to promptly terminate their long-running contract with Peaches Geldof after pictures emerged on the internet last week of the socialite going on a alleged heroin binge.

In a very strongly worded statement, a spokesperson for Miss Ultimo said:

"We have been in meetings all morning with regards to the stories that have surfaced over the weekend about Peaches and unfortunately we have no option but to terminate her contract."

"Miss Ultimo is a brand geared towards a young female audience and as a company we have a social responsibility to ensure we are promoting only positive role models that young women can aspire to. We are thus in the process of removing Peaches from the website and we are working with Debenhams to remove her visuals from all Miss Ultimo shops and window displays throughout the UK."

Michelle Mone, creator of the Miss Ultimo brand, added:

“We’ve given this a lot of thought, but there’s a point where a business must stick to its principles and as a brand that targets young women, we feel it is impossible for Peaches to continue to work with us as the face of Miss Ultimo lingerie”

As yet Peaches herself hasn’t made any comment on the scandal or Miss Ultimo’s decision to ditch her as the face of their brand – which is very unlike her indeed…

It’s just been announced that Cheryl Cole will be releasing a book. Sadly though the tome won’t actually be about anything remotely interesting, such as the inside story of her relationship to Ashley, in fact the new work promises to be “an intimate glimpse behind the scenes of her (Cheryl’s) busy and fascinating life”.

So what does that mean exactly? Well, essentially the book will be a load of old photos of Cheryl put together in shiny hardback form to show her journey from nobody to national treasure. Speaking about the project Chezza said:

“Sometimes I look at old pictures and I can’t believe that was me. I think we all do that. I went through a phase of being a bit tomboyish when I loved trainers and Timberland boots and baggy trousers. I had pink streaks in my hair at one point, but I was experimenting and at the time I liked it. I can look at photos and straight away they’ll bring back loads of memories.

“That’s really why I wanted to do this book, so I could choose pictures that mean something to me and tell the stories that go with them.”

The book called My World will be out in shops on September 30th, will you be rushing out to pick up a copy or will you give it a miss?

Despite the fact that she’s four months pregnant, Dannii Minogue is still going to great lengths to keep her blossoming baby bump under wraps beneath loose fitting clothes.

Even so, when the X Factor judge was at the Australian Grand Prix over the weekend - with her boyfried Kris Smith – we did manage to spot the slightest hint of bump which was protruding underneath a billowing top.

The Aussie singer is expecting her first child in July, and up until then she’ll be working hard at producing her autobiography which is due to be finished later this year (in time for Crimbo we should imagine). Speaking about the project, Dannii excitedly told her followers on Twitter yesterday:

“Loving writing the book. We are up to year 2000!”

The distributors of Uma Thurman's newest film, which only brought in £88 ($144) on its opening weekend in the UK, have defended the numbers, admitting they were "soft" but stressing they had not expected long lines of eager cinema-goers.

We don’t know about you but we are getting slightly sick of all this are they/aren’t they speculation about Gerard Butler and Jennifer Aniston.

Whenever these two attend a premiere for their film The Bounty Hunter, inevitably a fresh batch of reports surface about how much “chemistry” there is going between them. And yes, fair enough, last night in Paris the two actors were very touchy-feely with each other, but does that really mean that they’re knocking boots on the sly?

No, it doesn’t. So can we all just stop banging on about Jen and Jerry’s relationship for a second, because all this idle speculation is only really serving to promote the pair’s pretty dire film, isn’t it?

Despite reports surfacing last week that Jay-Z got Beyonce pregnant, Knowles is not. Whatever "rock solid source" people quoted apparently wasn't so solid.

A publicist for her label, Sony, tells Rolling Stone as much.

Contrary to celebrity gossip stating that she was “fine and resting now,” that she would “continue working through her pregnancy,” and that Jay-Z is “extremely happy to be having his first child,” a publicist for Sony says the report is simply “untrue.”

Beyoncé and Jay-Z have long been guarded about her lives.

Despite the fact that they are two of the most successful artists of a decade - they recently topped a Forbes list of entertainment’s top-earning couples - even after they wed in April 2008, they kept their relationship extremely quiet.

So don't expect any baby press conferences when and if she actually is with child, which she's not now. Congratulations to the two anyway ... for being so awesome.

Okay, so you’ve probably glanced at the title of this story and have jumped to all the right wrong conclusions; yes Lindsay Lohan was covered in a mystery white powdery substance when we bumped into her in LA over the weekend, but it’s not what you think!

Instead of having a “Kate Moss nose” as you might expect, it actually looked as though Lindsay’s feet were caked in talcum powder/athletes foot powder/flour when she left her Hollywood home on Saturday night.

Why would any sane person leave their home like that, you ask? Well we wish we could give you an answer to that perfectly valid and very pressing question, but we can’t – we just can’t.

For now we’ll just have to pass this incident off as another random unexplained event in the life of Lohan, who’s apparently been concerning police in LA at the moment with her increasingly erratic behaviour.

According to reports cops in Hollywood, who have seen the actress at her worst when protecting her from the paparazzi, were so concerned by the star’s bizarre behavior recently that they even considered taking her in for a 5150 evaluation - which is basically an involuntary psychiatric hold, or so we’re told.

Oh, she’s just one head shave away from being Britney isn’t she?

A host of the finest actors in Britain got together last night in London for the Empire film awards. Oh and for some reason Sarah Harding was there as well.

The awards ceremony, which was held at the Grosvenor house hotel, attracted the likes of Jude Law, Simon Pegg, Sam Taylor Wood, Aaron Johnson, Jimmy Mistry, Michelle Ryan and the Winstone family (including Jaime, Ray and Lois).

And the big winner at last night's awards – which was voted for by the public – was really the sci-fi epic Avatar, which collected the award for Best Film, Best Director for James Cameron and Best Actress for Zoe Saldana.

Other notable winners included Aaron Johnson, who collected the Best Newcomer prize, and Jude Law who was named the “Empire Hero.”

Tiger Woods celebrated the arrival of his first child, daughter Sam Alexis, by secretly meeting up with Joslyn James, according to new reports from ... James.

Woods flew Joslyn to the first tournament he played after wife Elin Woods gave birth back on June 18, 2007. Tiger announced then that he was taking time off.

However, that same week, the golf legend had his best pal and business manager Bryon Bell coordinate a secret rendezvous with Joslyn James! Classy move.

Tiger paid for Joslyn James to fly from Seattle to Washington D.C, to meet on the same weekend that he played in the AT&T National in Bethesda, Maryland.

Maybe Joslyn just flew in to help with his swing mechanics?

Elin Woods did not attend the tournament. Convenient. At a press conference there, Tiger Woods said: "It's been fantastic to have Sam Alexis part of our life."

"It was a dream come true for Elin, myself and all of our family. We've been obviously working a little bit and a lot of late nights, but it's been a lot of fun."

We get so used to seeing pictures of Miley Cyrus all glammed up on the red carpet at various star-studded events that it’s easy to forget she’s just 17-years-old.

Eastenders star Kara Tointon has been spotted jogging in North London, looking a little bit too skinny for my liking. In the past Kara seemed to have gradually put on a few pounds whilst playing the character Dawn Swann, but she looked great with her sexy womanly figure.

Since leaving the show, she's hired the help of a personal trainer, who's helped her to trim down. Known for her sexy curves and constantly nominated for Sexiest woman, it seems she has lost what made her so attractive.

Although she seems pretty pleased with her new look.... flashing it for all to see! Rolled up top, rolled down pants, posing away. Personally I think she's gone a little too far.

Celebs such as Cheryl Cole and Kara are getting way too skinny these days and losing their womanly sex appeal. Not exactly the best role models for the younger female generation. I love it when I hear women like Beyonce being proud of their fuller figure, having curves doesn't mean you're overweight.

Rihanna was just one of many stars to turn out for Nickelodeon's 23rd annual Kids Choice Awards, which were held yesterday afternoon at UCLA's Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles.

The Umbrella singer was dressed conservatively (for her!) as she arrived at the bash in an Christian Dior pleated dress, Brian Atwood heels and a small pair of ankle socks, which somehow looked good - we’re not sure how, they’d look awful on us, but Rihanna managed to pull it off.

But once the show started she slipped into something slightly more risqué to perform a medley of songs including Hard, Rude Boy and Please Don’t Stop The Music.

Oh and seeing as it was an award show we should probably tell you who won what…

SHOWDOWN between veterans and newcomers expected as nominees list announced later today.

Pixie Lott was all smiles as she arrived at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday night ahead of last nights Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards, but little did she know what dramatic scenes were about to unfold.

It’s been reported that while competing for shots of the Mama Do singer a couple of paps got a little bit heavy handed and a police airport spokesman confirmed:

“There was pushing and shoving for position and a fight ensued.”

One guy was arrested on suspicion of battery with great bodily injury and another was rushed to a local hospital for treatment. The one that was arrested was booked on $50,000 bail and released on Saturday morning, while the injured paps condition is unknown.

Sheesh, calm down boys it’s only Pixie Lott!

Angelina Jolie stepped out on her balcony in Venice the other day cuddling her adorable son Knox and if you thought last weeks pictures of her kissing him on the cheek were cute you ain’t seen nothing yet!

After few minutes a nanny appeared with Vivienne, who looked visibly distressed and we’d actually bet good money that the little girl was screaming, “I want my mummy!”

So as Vivienne reached out to Ange she handed Knox, who looked totally bemused by his twin sisters behaviour, to the nanny and as soon as Vivienne was in her arms the screaming stopped. Aw.

On Friday afternoon Dennis Hoppers friends and family gathered in front of the landmark Egyptian Theatre in Los Angeles to watch the terminally ill star cement his place in Hollywood history.

After at least 50-years in the business, Hopper was finally honoured with the 2,403rd star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The 73-year-old screen legend is currently suffering from prostate cancer but he still managed a couple of smiles as his 7-year-old daughter proudly hugged her daddy and posed for pictures with his prestigious plaque.

Last year when Girls Aloud announced they were taking a hiatus from the band they assured fans they were most definitely not splitting up.

The group had previously agreed a three-album deal with Polydor and when their break was announced they promised they would release a new album in 2010.

Well 2010 is here and Kimberly, Nicola, Sarah and Cheryl are all keen to start work in a few months time, but there’s one problem, Nadine has told them she’s not ready yet as she wants to focus on her solo album.

A source revealed:

“If Nadine refuses they could simply go ahead as the four of them. It’s not ideal and they would rather find a way to make it work – but she doesn’t seem interested in that.”

Oh no, we really hope this isn’t true.

In never-thought-you'd-see-the-day news, staunch conservative Elisabeth Hasselbeck went off on The View yesterday, railing against none other than Sarah Palin.

Why? Because Palin, for whom she campaigned during the '08 election, released an ad that put 20 Democratic members of Congress literally in the crosshairs.

Palin's call to kill Democrats grass roots action came in response to the Dems' big f*%king deal overhaul of the health care system, which she's very opposed to.

The former Alaska Governor's Facebook page features her political action committee's ad targeting the 20 Democratic incumbents, with a SarahPac map marking districts where Democrats voted "yes" for health care reform with guns.

Elisabeth would like a mulligan on this campaign rally.

Hasselbeck also opposes health reform, but she's actually far more upset about how people on her own side of the political spectrum are handling themselves.

"I think the way some Republicans are handling this is nothing more than despicable," she said in response to Palin's tasteless ad. "It's disappointing to see this coming from the Party, and I would hope that leaders like Sarah Palin would end this."

No word if Sarah also plugged Bristol Palin on there somehow.

Liberal-leaning co-host Joy Behar got Elisabeth going by saying the map looked "like an Al Qaeda Christmas card." We were surprised to watch Elisabeth concur.

Does Dr. Conrad Murray's girlfriend/baby mama, Nicole Alvarez, have any info about the death of Michael Jackson? That's what the LAPD's been trying to find out.

Detectives obtained a search warrant in November and searched a Gmail account belonging to Nicole Alvarez, a woman who had a child with Dr. Conrad Murray.

Murray was staying with her in Santa Monica up until the time Jackson died (June 25, 2009), and police sought records from May through September of last year.

Essentially, detectives wanted to know what Dr. Murray was saying to Nicole Alvarez for two months before and two months after the music star's untimely death.

Was Dr. Conrad Murray trying to cover his tracks?

An affidavit mentions a "shipment" Murray may have discussed with Alvarez. Officials believe Dr. Murray had Propofol sent from a Las Vegas pharmacy to Alvarez.

He faces involuntary manslaughter charges in the death of Jackson.

At the center of the prosecution's case are not only Murray's actions that day, but contradictory statements and omissions of facts in statements made to officials.

Meanwhile, a newly-released search warrant details some of what cops discovered at Jackson's mansion in the aftermath of his death. Follow the jump to see ...

Interesting to note that they found a canvas bag, which MJ bodyguard Alberto Alvarez (no relation) told cops Dr. Murray told him to put vials of Propofol in.

Remember Donald Trump? He's a real estate mogul who formerly anchored a hit reality show.

Remember Rosie O'Donnell? She's a controversial talk show host who hasn't been heard from since she left The View.

Remember the hilarious feud between these two? Probably not. A refresher: In 2006, Rosie criticized Trump for "acting as a moral compass for 20-year-olds" when he chose to keep Tara Conner as Miss USA, despite a series of salacious photos.

"She's a loser. Her other shows didn't do well, this one won't do well. Everything she touches is a failure, she's a failure."
