Stepping out to partake in the Tinseltown nightlife, Emma Roberts was spotted arriving at the 2010 Vanity Fair Oscar Party in West Hollywood last night (March 7).

Decked out in a fabulous blue frock, the “Hotel for Dogs” hottie happily posed for pictures as she mingled with her fellow celebrity guests.
