Noa, via his agent, is promising to make intimate sex tapes / home videos of the star public next week, despite the star's attempts to block him in court.
"Jennifer Lopez does not want the videos to be entered into open court, where the media and the public can get copies of them and watch or share them," said Ed Meyer, Noa's agent. "I will be filing the videos into the public court record Monday."
J. Lo filed a $10 million lawsuit against Ojani Noa this month and wants a permanent court order barring her ex-husband from releasing their sex tape.
She also blocked Noa's similar efforts in 2004.

Lopez and legal team have already won court battles against Noa and contend that he is prohibited from talking about her and making the videos public.
A court order currently in place until December 1 prevents Noa from leaking the video. But December 1 is Tuesday, and Meyer also disputes that ruling.
Meyer emailed J. Lo's counsel (and the media) saying he'll "be filing ALL, repeat ALL, Documents, 11 hours + of Home Videos, DVDs, Photographs, etc."
Published reports say the J. Lo sex tape contains images of her motorcycle without pants and also show an argument with her mother. Possibly naked.
Ojani Noa and Jennifer Lopez were married briefly in the 1990s. If these tapes get out, it'll be even more embarrassing for her than that fall on stage.

Yesterday, during an interview with an Australian radio station Robbie Williams asked his long-term girlfriend Ayda Field to come and sit with him.
At that point Jackie, the show’s host told the singer that Sydney “has a bit of a reputation” for celeb marriage proposals, erm does it? We don’t think it does, but who really cares because Robbie then said to Ayda:
“Is there anyone you want to get married to that's famous?” she laughed and replied, “This is awkward.” Oh dear, that's not a good start.
Robbie then said, “Will you marry me?” and she said, “Yes” – Phew!
He then produced a ring and romantically said:

The network booted Adam Lambert off Good Morning America this week after he kissed a guy on stage at the American Music Awards.
However, the show is scheduled to air an interview and possible performance by Chris Brown next week, someone convicted of felony assault for beating on Rihanna.
“The network is giving a mixed message,” a source at ABC source told The New York Post. "It doesn’t trust someone who shocked with an unpredictable show and a gay kiss, but then it is happy to go ahead with Chris Brown, who was convicted of felony assault.”
That will especially be true if the show features a performance by Brown. It's one thing to interview him and perhaps shed light on the serious issue of domestic abuse.
But if Brown actually performs songs from his new album, ABC will be giving a convicted woman beater a platform with which to make money and promote his music.
Said another insider at the network:
“Chris Brown’s interview was booked way before Adam Lambert took to the stage. It is to give him a chance to respond to Rihanna’s interview. The possibility of him performing a song will be worked out next week.”
It's unclear why Brown should have a chance to respond to anything. Didn't he forfeit that right when he left his girlfriend a bloody, beaten mess?
In fact if it hadn’t been for the burly security guard keeping him company when he cooled off on the beach in Brazil yesterday then we might not have noticed him at all.
Now it’s not often we use this term because it really makes us cringe but for unknown reason we’re getting the urge to say, would you hit it? *shudders* Well would you?

Miley Cyrus doesn't just hate the Twilight Saga, an opinion to which she's entitled.
But the jealous singer actually referred to it as a "cult" this week, going off on fans that follow the franchise.
In that same interview with Sirius XM’s The Morning Mash, though, Miley made it clear she feels exactly the opposite way about Zac Efron.
"I think Zac Efron is the hottest person in the world," she said. "I really, really like him."
Cyrus, of course, is aware that Zac is taken. But his relationship with Vanessa Hudgens is actually a major reason for the attraction, she added.
"Zac could get any girl... and do whatever, and he is so loyal and a really good friend... He's just like super good looking."
Also in the interview, Miley said she could "neither confirm nor deny" that she's dating Liam Hemsworth. That might be her way of keeping her private life private.
Or it might be her way of letting Efron know she's available if he wants her. Keep a sharp eye out, Vanessa!
