The latter item is utterly irrelevant, but it does give Lambert and Aiken even more in common. That, however, is where the comparisons ends.

While the former superstar flaunts his sexuality and is known for flamboyant, controversial performances, the latter has quietly carved out a productive career for himself on Broadway and on the sales charts.

The “Pirates of the Caribbean” stud looked friendly as he strolled past the paparazzi, sporting a black jacket with a black scarf, black trousers, and black shoes.

Susan Boyle is well on her way to 15 years and counting!

With final numbers still being tallied in the States, the Britain's Got Talent sensation broke the record for best-selling debut album by a singer in England last week.

Across the Atlantic, Boyle's album, "I Dreamed a Dream," moved 410,000 copies. It outsold new CDs from established artists such as Rihanna and Lady GaGa.

Said Simon Cowell, who produced the album and helped discover Boyle:

“I’m incredibly proud of Susan, as well as being delighted for her. The success could not not have happened to a lovelier person. She did it her way and made a dream come true... She’s amazing.”

She's also primed to conquer the music world in America. Final sales figures should be released shortly, but preliminary reports indicate "I Dreamed a Dream" will compete with Eminem's "Relapse" as the 2009 CD that sells the most copies in its first week of release.

That's incredible for a 48-year old woman no one had heard of when the year began.

She’s no stranger to international travel, and earlier today (November 30) Jennifer Aniston was spotted at Heathrow Airport in London, England.

The former “Friends” actress looked a bit camera shy as she strolled through the terminal, sporting a brown hat with a dark brown leather jacket, grey and white striped top, and distressed jeans with white sneakers.

Heidi Klum and Seal are prolific when it comes to creating beautiful celebrity babies, and their newest is just as adorable as the rest, and as you'd expect.

The musician dad took to his website to post the first pics of little Lou Sulola Samuel alongside her famous family, including shots of a glowing Klum.

As the police continue to investigate the Tiger Woods car crash incident that happened early Friday morning (November 27), it is believed that the golf stud had been involved in domestic violence prior to getting into his Cadillac Escalade.

According to Radar Online, Woods had gotten into an argument with his wife Elin Nordegren that escalated into a physical altercation.  A neighbor told press they overheard Tiger shouting “You’ve ruined our Thanksgiving!  Are you happy now?” at Elin as he left the house.

Perez Hilton is the biggest name in celebrity gossip. Well, the biggest who makes a living writing about it. Still, his drive to bolster his own celebrity is out of hand.

Case in point: His new book, True Bloggywood Stories: The Glamorous Life of Beating, Cheating and Overdosing. Yes. The ultimate insider's guide to celeb gossip.

Yeah, right. It should be called True Stories of Sitting at My Laptop Drawing Semen and Penises on Celebrity Photos and Occasionally Getting My Ass Kicked.

That would be accurate, at least.

The teaser for the book says it's "raw and unprotected - Just like celebrity sex!" Classy. It also promises "revealing details most magazines wouldn't dare publish."

We find that a little hard to believe, since when he's not shilling for his own record label, Perez gets all his celebrity gossip from magazines and other websites.

All blogs do this, of course - find stories, report on them, link to sources. It's what they do. Most aren't self-obsessed idiots who claim to be all-knowing, though.

The success of Perez Hilton the site speaks for itself. But if you like it, you're better off just reading it online, rather than paying money for this crap in print.

That is, unless you need his "Steamy details on Twilight dating," "The Annual Perezzie Awards" or Perez's "Top Ten Hollywood Predictions." Then hop to it.

Taking some time off of his crazy schedule, Colin Farrell was spotted taking his girlfriend Alicja Bachieda on a romantic Mexican getaway yesterday (November 29).

The “Phone Booth” stud looked quite hunky as he strolled around on the balcony of his luxury hotel room, sporting only a white towel around his waist.

He's been making news for crotch grabs and controversial kisses, but Adam Lambert is all about the music.

The singer's debut album premiered at number-three on the Billboard chart last week, as fans have responded positively to the first single off it, "For Your Entertainment." You can check out its official music video right now.

While that song is still burning up the radio, another tune from Lambert has been leaked online.

Contrary to reports that surfaced elsewhere this weekend, Sunday, Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal have not broken up. Phew! We knew it wasn't true!

Her rep said late yesterday: "It's not true. They have not split."

The actress met Gyllenhaal while filming 2007's Rendition, and the pair stepped out together shortly thereafter, confirming their relationship in summer 2008.

In the April 2009 issue of Elle, the Oscar-winning mother of two and ex-wife of Ryan Phillippe gushed about Jake: "He's fabulous. He really is a fantastic guy."

Couples come and go, but Gyllenspoon remains intact.

Reese divorced Ryan in 2007 after eight years together; they have two children: Ava, 10, and Deacon, 6. Gyllenhaal's previous girlfriend was Kirsten Dunst.

Witherspoon told Parade magazine last year, "Things change ... But your ability to love remains intact. Oh, I have a lot of hope for love! I do!"

Glad to hear that hope springs eternal. Or at least right now.

While Zac Efron is thankful for his star-making role in the High School Musical franchise, he's also excited to expand his movie resume and enter the realm of true Hollywood A-lister.

The young stud takes a step in that direction with Me and Orson Welles, a drama that opens next month. He spoke to Parade about the film - and his hair, of course - in a new interview. Excepts from it are below...

On choosing the movie: "I had never done anything like this before... I thought, 'Maybe this time I've bitten off more than I can chew because I'm not singing and dancing. It's all about acting.' I knew people wouldn't see it as a predictable next move in my career, but I'd like to be known for more than predictability."

On his character: "I really connected with Rick - the way he kind of lucked into an opportunity to act, and thanks to Orson Welles, doors were opening for him. It kind of resembled my life experience growing up in the theater. In school, my whole life was focused on theater, especially musicals, which were a creative outlet. I had no clue that I'd end up in Hollywood. I'm still on the craziest ride of my life."

On his hobbies: "I like very normal things, like hiking and camping. When it comes to sports I go skiing, surf boarding, snowboarding, and skateboarding. I guess at this point a perfect day for me is probably just relaxing and hanging out with friends. It's not always easy to be left alone, but I try not to think about it. You can't let fear control you."

On his hair: "It's pretty low maintenance, so it's appealing for lazy individuals like me. You don't have to do anything really, it just goes that way. You don't even have to put gel in it or anything. There is one thing: If you wash it at night and leave it damp, just towel dry it, you wake up in the morning and you're all set."

While the Tiger Woods affair and subsequent car accident may have sports fans feeling distraught these days, at least Grady Sizemore is around to lighten the mood.

The Cleveland Indians centerfielder, known as one of baseball's preeminent five-tool players, comes close to showing off his sixth tool in a series of recently-released photos.

A gap hitter, Grady Sizemore could likely get to at least third base with many women around the world!

Seemingly always on the go, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale were spotted arriving at LAX Airport to catch a flight out of Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon (November 29).

The No Doubt frontwoman and her Bush rocker hubby dutifully tended to their young sons, Kingston and Zuma, loading them into a double stroller before heading into the terminal entrance.

He continues to turn away police investigators, but Tiger Woods issued a statement on his website today about his "embarrassing" car crash early Friday morning.

As you might expect, Tiger's statement failed to clear up any questions about the scrutinized, bizarre, middle-of-the-night accident outside his Florida estate.

“This situation is my fault, and it’s embarrassing to my family and me,” Woods said. “I’m human and I’m not perfect. I will make sure this doesn’t happen again.”

“Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible.”

"My wife, Elin, acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. She was the first person to help me. Any other assertion is absolutely false.”

“The only person responsible for the accident is me."

The statement came today after Woods’ attorney told the Florida Highway Patrol that for the third straight day Tiger would be unavailable to talk to state troopers.

The meeting was not rescheduled.

Woods concluded his statement by saying the car crash was a private matter, and he intended to keep it that way. Left unanswered were the following questions:

• What he was going leaving his home at that time of the night, and how did he lose control of his SUV at such a speed that its airbags didn’t deploy?
• Why would Tiger's wife smash the back windows of his Cadillac Escalade to free him, as she told the cops, if all the SUV's doors were functional?
• If it was a careless mistake, as Woods' statement suggests, why not speak to police - and why was he talking the next day about a Kobe special?
• If his facial injuries were caused by the crash, why was there no blood in the car? Were the cuts actually sustained during a fight with Elin Woods?
• Can it really be a coincidence that the suspicious crash happened immediately after tabloid reports linked Tiger Woods to mistress Rachel Uchitel?

Ashley is officially the fourth wide of comedian Tom Arnold, as the pair got married yesterday in an intimate ceremony in Maui.

Close to 100 loved ones attended the event, including actor Dax Shepard, who served as Arnold's best man. Arnold rose to fame via his long-ago marriage to Roseanne Barr.

Arnold and Groussman (a home organizer) met through mutual friends in April 2008. Wrote Tom on the couple's wedding website:

"I knew that if I could get Ashley to fall in love with me, I'd never have to worry about anything else as long as I lived."

We'll ignore the fact that he's shared that same sentiment three other times and wish this pair the best!

Quite the Thanksgiving weekend for the Hoff and his former wife.

David Hasselhoff is under involuntary psychiatric hold at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. after suffering a seizure apparently spurred by a days-long bender.

Post-seizure, Hoff was hospitalized on Friday and placed on psychiatric hold under the California Welfare Institutions Code 5150, a.k.a. the Britney Spears hold.

This is only reserved for subjects considered to be a danger to themselves or others. In other words, it's not easy to pull on someone and it's not taken lightly.

Hoff will be held up to 72 hours and will undergo psychiatric observation.

The incident marks the latest slip in Hasselhoff's long battle with alcohol. There are many recent examples, such as him being bombed at the EMAs this month.

Pamela Bach didn't want David Hasselhoff to have all the fun.

David Hasslehoff's alcohol problems are well documented, but meanwhile, his ex-wife, Pamela Bach, had her own issues last night - she was arrested for DUI.

According to law enforcement sources, Bach took a breathalyzer test and blew a .14 and a .13. The limit is .08. She was taken in, booked and released.

"I am remorseful and mortified," Pamela said later, adding that the Hoff's most recent meltdown played a role in her DUI. "I am going through a really difficult time between David being in the hospital and dealing with the divorce."

Bach added that she was trying to comfort her daughters earlier in the evening, then went to dinner where she had a few drinks. A few, or like 6-7.

She is free on $15,000 bail and said she will attend an AA meeting today. Pamela is due in court on Christmas Eve. Hoff is still under the 5150.

Finally bringing her Circus to an end, Britney Spears performed the last show of her tour at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre in Adelaide, Australia on Sunday night (November 29).

Spending nearly a year on the road during the course of her comeback tour duties, the “Gimme More” singer will soon be bidding farewell to the land down under after a four-week stay.

Authorities have released the tape of the 911 call made after Tiger Woods' car accident, in which he crashed into a fire hydrant and tree, early Friday.

The male caller can be heard telling dispatchers, "I need an ambulance immediately, I have someone down outside my house ... It's a car accident."

He added: "My neighbor, he hit the tree. I see him and he's laying down." When the dispatcher asked if the person was unconscious, he said, "Yes."

Tiger's car crash occurred at 2:20 a.m. Friday. He has not told his side of the story yet. Listen to the audio of the Tiger Woods 911 call below ...

His wife, Elin Woods, was originally reported to have dialed 911 after the accident, but this recording from the golfer's obviously worried neighbor, whose tree Woods crashed into, is now believed to have placed the only 911 call.

Police still don't know why Tiger was trying to leave his house in haste at that time of night, but the prevailing theory is that he got into an altercation with Elin over allegations that he had an affair with mistress Rachel Uchitel.

With many questions still unanswered, police hope to interview Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren at their Orlando area home later today (November 29).

The golf star and his model wife have turned down requests by police to talk about Tiger’s recent car accident - which landed him in the hospital and left him with facial lacerations - on both Friday and Saturday.

As we reported on Thanksgiving, ABC has come under fire for lining up a sit-down with Chris Brown right after nixing an appearance by Adam Lambert.

Likely to diffuse any talk of a double standard, ABC announced that Brown will not perform on the network, and that the interview will be hard-hitting.

The beleaguered R&B star will supposedly "come clean" about Rihanna.

After dodging questions about the infamous beat-down in interviews with everyone from Larry King to Wendy Williams, the "Crawl" singer is set to divulge details of the incident in an interview with Robin Roberts on 20/20 December 11.  

It's being billed as his "chance to respond" to Rihanna's interviews ...

Does Chris Brown deserve a forum to talk about Rihanna?

The 20-year-old, whose new album Graffiti debuts December 8, will only answer questions in the pre-taped interview and will not promote the album.

Chris Brown's TV interrogation comes just a month after Rihanna's revealing 20/20 interview with Diane Sawyer, which aired on the November 5.

Rihanna talked about the assault in graphic detail, admitting that she was "embarrassed" that she still had feelings for Brown after the incident.

Brown said he respected her right to talk about the incident but wished she had kept it quiet. Will he finally tell his unedited version of events?

In any case, Brown has been laying relatively low, performing community labor as a part of his assault sentence, and focusing on his music.
