Jon Gosselin is finally ready to break his silence.

In a formal, sit-down interview, that is. Lord knows that guy runs his mouth to celebrity gossip tabloids pretty much 24-7, resulting in more inopportune sound bites and contradictory statements than you can even keep track of.

Good Morning America scored the first post-divorce interview with the nation's most eligible d-bag bachelor. On Friday, Jon sat down with GMA to talk about ex Kate Gosselin, the network that started it all (TLC) and his future career.

In her recent media tour, Kate Gosselin has remained fairly neutral, or at least just let the softballs sail past her whenever she's asked about Jon.

Will America's biggest player do the same?

A source on set during the taping tells E! that Gosselin was "very open and honest" about his feelings toward Kate and the future of Jon & Kate Plus 8:

"TLC has had him on a gag order and he's sick of it ... Jon basically comes right out and says he's worried the show is exploiting his eight children."

Okay, so he's sick of the cameras following his eight kids around, but that doesn't mean the King of Pimps, who hosted a Las Vegas pool party packed with scantily-clad babes Saturday, is ready to leave the spotlight himself.

"Jon says he doesn't see himself as a celebrity, but because the public now does, it makes it hard to go back to a normal life and a normal job," says the source.

"He wants to stay in the TV industry, and he has a lot of ideas."

Naturally, when Jon got wind of this E! News report, he got on the horn and said the complete opposite: "I'm not saying TLC is exploiting my children."

"I have said on numerous occasions TLC has afforded my kids a better life and provided a better roof on their heads," the lover of Hailey Glassman adds.

He did say that "What I do believe is the media and tabloids covering my family and the show for their own financial gain are the ones exploiting them."

The interview is scheduled to air in the next week.

It has been in the mix for months now, and finally Audrina Patridge has officially announced her departure from “The Hills.”

The “Into the Blue 2” babe told press, “I’m almost done with ‘The Hills.’ We’re in the middle of finishing these episodes, and I’ll be leaving them.”

Remember when we said Las Vegas was growing so desperate for party hosts that it hired Jon Gosselin and Amber Rose?

The city truly showed how hard up it is for celebrities when it actually dug a skeleton out of the ground and propped her up on the red carpet of the Wet Republic pool party at the MGM hotel on Saturday.

Oh... wait. That's actually 90210 star AnnaLynne McCord. Our bad. The protruding bones and utter lack of body mass threw us off.

McCord was in Vegas to wear an ugly bathing suit and promote the second season of her CW hit, which premieres on September 8. It's possible that co-star Shenae Grimes was also on hand, but turned sideways during the event and vanished entirely.

Ron Newt, a close family friend, approached Joe Jackson, whom he was friends with before Michael's death. Newt says Joe denied it and to "leave it alone."

That's in contrast to the way Joe, Michael's dad, reacted when asked if Omer Bhatti is Michael's son. The elder Jackson pretty much confirmed he kind of is.

The "official" Prince Michaels - Michael Jackson, Jr., 12, and Blanket, 7, were raised by MJ and are now with his mother Katherine Jackson, as per his will.

Listening to DJ AM talk about crack being his "drug of choice" is downright chilling, but in a recent interview with MTV News to promote his upcoming reality show about drug abuse (Gone Too Far), the late Adam Goldstein said exactly that.

DJ AM talked described how he bought a crack pipe to show how easy it is. The 36-year-old said, "I bought a crack pipe ... that was my drug of choice."

"And I walked out and I'm holding it," he said.

"And I realized after I was holding it that my palms were sweaty and I was like, 'Wait a minute, this is not smart for me to be holding this right now.'"

He recently signed on to do the MTV reality show Gone Too Far, about getting users off drugs, and while filming the show he held the crack pipe for the first time in years, but said that a guardian angel was looking after him.

DJ AM was found dead in his apartment Friday night of an apparent drug overdose. A law enforcement source said a bag of crack was found by his body.

No one knows for sure, but he was said to be upset over a recent breakup with girlfriend Hayley Wood. He was last heard from around 1 a.m. Friday.

Goldstein, who often talked openly and honestly about his myriad past struggles with drug abuse, claimed he was off drugs for more than 11 years.

On Saturday, the New York City Medical Examiner's office announced that after an initial autopsy proved "inconclusive," more tests, including a toxicology report that might require weeks to conduct, would be performed.

Taking some time off from his uber-busy schedule, Matthew McConaughey was spotted out on the Malibu beach yesterday afternoon (August 30).

Joined by girlfriend Camila Alves and their son Levi, the “Failure to Launch” actor looked to be having a marvelous time as he enjoyed some quality family downtime.

It looks like Las Vegas is losing its luster.

The former hot spot for celebrities and entertainment has been reduced hiring the likes of Jon Gosselin and Ambert Rose as pool party hosts.

The father of eight and bagger of anyone with breasts chilled in a private cabana at the MGM Grand over the weekend; while Rose led the Tao beach party at The Venetian Hotel and Casino Resort.

Kanye West eventually flew in to hang with Amber and bring some legitimacy to the event. We hope he wasn't worried about losing her to someone else.

NBC's Today show has hired Jenna Bush Hager as a new correspondent.

The 27-year-old teacher and daughter of George W. Bush will contribute once a month with stories on issues like education to TV top-rated morning news show.

Jenna Bush said she has always wanted to be a teacher and a writer, and has already authored two books. But she was intrigued by the idea of getting into TV.

"It wasn't something I'd always dreamed to do," she said. "But one of the most important things in life is to be open-minded and to be open-minded for change."

Jenna will essentially work two part-time jobs as a correspondent for Today and in her school, where she will be a reading coordinator this year.

She was on the morning news program two years ago to promote her book about an HIV-infected single mother, Ana's Story: A Journey of Hope, and it went so well that Hager's short interview was stretched to nearly a half hour.

She and her mother, Laura Bush, also co-hosted an hour of Today about the time their picture book came out. She "just sort of popped to us as a natural presence, comfortable" on the air, said executive producer Jim Bell.

"I think she can handle it," he said. "I think she knows something about pressure and being under scrutiny. When she came here, she knocked it out of the park."

Jenna, who married Henry Hager last year, will work out of NBC's Washington bureau.

"I hope to focus on what I'm passionate about because I think I'd do them best job on them urban education, women and children's issues and literacy," she said.

While not as exciting as Melissa Rycroft joining the staff of Good Morning America, we're happy for Jenna and her newest career endeavor.

Taking advantage of the beautiful weather, Shenae Grimes was spotted out at the Melrose Place Farmers’ Market in West Hollywood yesterday afternoon (August 30).

As police continue to look into the details surrounding Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein’s death, it seems the late entertainer reverted back to his past drug using ways in the last hours of his life.

According to a report, Goldstein had sent a text message to two friends at 1am on Friday, August 28th concerning a gig in Las Vegas later that day that he would never make it to.

Moments after walking into his private cabana at MGM Grand's Wet Republic, several girls from the adjacent VIP area approached the celebrity gossip staple.

Jon seemed very much at ease, as he always does with gaggles of girls who for some reason throw themselves at him, ordering champagne, water and food.

The former Mr. Kate Gosselin said, "It looks like we'll have a good time" – as 2,000 people danced and boozed to the sounds of rock, hip hop and house music.

The King of Pimps holds court over the Land of Mediocre Girls.

Not everyone was happy to see him, though. As he walked on the red carpet at the casino, one bikini-clad woman stood on a railing and shouted, "Team Kate."

Not a particularly creative diss, but effective.

Sporting shorts and a button-up collared shirt at the pool, Jon was spotted collecting a few phone numbers and mixing drinks for the scantily dressed women.

After his pool time, Jon Gosselin was seen dining at Craftsteak with his mother and friends, and later checking out Cirque du Soleil's Ká. Solid night in Vegas.

Gosselin is in town for the MAGIC fashion convention, which begins Monday. As for the clothing line he and Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier are supposedly collaborating on, "Everything is still in the works," Jon said.

Phew. That was klose.

For a few moments, we were afraid we'd never heard about Kourtney Kardashian and her pregnancy ever again.

How would we face each day without knowing whether or not the reality TV star has chosen to discover the gender of her baby? It's too unsettling a possibility to even konsider.

Fortunately, Khloe Kardashian told TV Guide that her sister's expecting state just happens to koincide perfectly with the upcoming season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The writers have made it a "a major part" of new episodes.

"It's going to be everything Kourtney is going through up until the birth," Khloe said. "It's more of a family situation anyway, so I think it's perfect timing."

It really is. It's almost as though Kourtney pulled her goalie on purpose in order to give the show fresh storylines.

Meanwhile, tonight's episode of Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami features a speed dating session Khloe sets up for her sister.

The reason?

"At first, I was trying to fight a lot more [to get Kourtney to date], but then I realized she was just so miserable without [Scott Disick]," Khloe said, referring to the man that has implanted his seed in her sister.

When did Khloe kome to this realization? When she turned the pages of the script for the next episode.

Paris Hilton is a veteran of the celebrity gossip and celebrity fashion world.

She's stood toe-to-toe with the top stars on the planet in a number of Fashion Face-Offs, always surviving to fight another day.

But she faces a challenge from a newcomer this week, as Melrose Place actress Daphne Zuniga steps directly into the combative clothing fire.

When we saw Victoria Beckham filming the advert for her Autumn/Winter fashion collection in London last month, we were intrigued to see what the finished ad would look like.

Well after weeks of waiting we finally stumbled across the finished product and found out that the advert looked absolutely… well, crap and slightly weird. Take a look at it to see that we mean.

After forming a lasting, near-tragic bond over their improbably survival of a plane crash that claimed the lives of four people last September, Blink 182's Travis Barker can't believe his close friend DJ AM is gone just one year later.

While he is normally known for his bitter online rants about his former wife Shanna Moakler, Barker's most recent Tweets were heartfelt and sad ...

"Don't know how i am gonna play 2night but i am for AM. My brother is gone.i love u and miss u, i'll never forget all the good times we had."

"I'll never forget everything we've been thru and every time i play the drums i'll think of you," Barker's Twitter tribute continued. "U were an amazing friend/DJ/human being. Rest In Peace my brother, this really f--ks me up."

Travis Barker and DJ AM prior to the South Carolina plane crash that they both narrowly survived almost a year ago - and which bonded the pair ever since.

The famed drummer has reunited with his longtime band Blink 182 and is on tour with the group, which took the stage in Hartford, Conn., last night.

Blink 182 paid tribute to DJ AM during an encore at their Saturday concert, Rolling Stone reports. When Barker would normally perform a drum solo, the band held an onstage vigil while all of the lights in the arena were turned off.

AM, real name Adam Goldstein, 36, was found dead Friday afternoon. The cause of his death is not yet known, but some say his recent breakup with Hayley Wood may have caused the addict-turned-straight-arrow DJ to relapse.

Cheryl Cole may have been moved to tears by 40-year-old Daryl Markham’s sad story, but in our opinion there was only one performance which really shone on last night’s X Factor.

We loved Rozelle Phillip’s rendition of Jennifer Hudson’s One Night Only so much that we actually got goose bumps! Whilst other performances on the show were good (Jamie Archer and Miss Fitz), we’ve got a feeling that Rozelle has potential to make it do the final – do you agree?
