Eminem has once again gone back to the seemingly endless well of celebrity disses and pulled out a new diatribe directed at Mr. and Mrs. Nick Cannon.

The reason (not that he's ever needed one) - he's firing back at Mariah Carey's recent Slim Shady-channeling video for her single, "Obsession."

In "The Warning," Eminem raps:

"I got the exact same tattoo that's on Nick's back, I'm obsessed now, oh gee, is that supposed to be me in the video with the goatee?"

He goes on to gloat about the time Mariah "was wild 'n' out before Nick" and when he himself gave Carey "somethin' to smile about." Wow.

This all started, we think, because Carey has made light of her reported relationship with Eminem back in 2001, and the rapper is clearly pissed.

Eminem gave Carey a shout-out in his recent tune "Bagpipes From Baghdad," which included a pointed suggestion to Cannon to "back the f*%k up."

Cannon responded in May that "homeboy is still obsessed with my wife."

A few days later, Eminem implied to listeners of the satellite radio show he was hosting that he had once urinated on the superstar. On purpose.

Back to Team Cannon. Earlier this year, Carey dressed up like Eminem and poked no small amount of fun at him in her music video for "Obsessed."

Which brings us to "The Warning," in which Eminem scaldingly raps:

"You probably think if I had something on you I woulda did it by now, on the contrary, Mary Poppins, I'm mixing our studio session down and sending it off to mastering to make it loud, enough dirt on you to murder you, this is what the f--k I do..."

"Mariah, it ever occur to you that I still have pictures?"

Oh, boy. "But if I'm embarrassing me, I'm embarrassing you and don't you dare say it isn't true," he continues later in the track.

"As long as the song's getting airplay I'm dissing you, I'm a hair away from getting carried away and getting sued, I was gonna stop at 16, this is 32, this is 34 bars, we ain't even a third of the way through."

Bottom line? Don't expect to outlast Eminem in a feud.

The wife of Tom and the mother of Suri Cruise may be joining the cast of the Sex and the City movie sequel, if some recent rumors are to be believed.

Thankfully, the star is not planning to replace Jennifer Hudson as Sarah Jessica Parker's lovestruck personal assistant, nor hooking up with Mr. Big.

Call us wishful thinkers, but one look at Taylor Lautner and Taylor Swift on the set of Valentine's Day has our brains in full-on fantasy mode.

The teen icons are part of a star-studded cast in the romantic comedy, which opens on February 14, 2010. Others appearing in the movie include Patrick Dempsey, Anne Hathaway, Bradley Cooper, Jessica Biel and Julia Roberts.

But our focus is entirely on Taylor and Taylor. How could it not be?!?

Enjoying the summertime weather, Gwen Stefani had some family fun in Dana Point in southern California on Thursday (July 30).

The singer and mother played around, running up and down the beach with 11-month-old Zuma and 3-year-old Kingston at the St. Regis beach resort.

She’s a seasoned veteran in front of the camera, and yesterday (July 30) Tyra Banks was spotted showing off her penchant for posing.

The “America’s Next Top Model” host donned a series of sexy outfits and struck a plethora of poses during a photo shoot in the Soho district of Manhattan.

We all remember her infamous pro-traditional-marriage statement at the Miss USA Pageant earlier this year, and now the former Miss California Carrie Prejean is filing a lawsuit against the Miss California organization.

According to a report, Miss Prejean is naming Keith Lewis and Shana Moakler, the pageant organizers, as well, saying she experienced slander, libel, public disclosure of private facts, religious discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

Michael Jackson spent his final hours in Dr. Conrad Murray's bedroom. In his personal physician's bed, as a matter of fact, investigators are saying.

Law enforcement sources say Jackson did not want people going in and out of his room, so he used Murray's bedroom when he received his IV of Propofol.

Dr. Conrad Murray administered the powerful anesthesia to Jackson - as he was doing almost nightly - hours before he died, as the singer lay in his bed.

Emergency workers found an IV stand, an empty IV bag and oxygen tanks in Murray's room. Cops found a secret stash of Propofol and other drugs hidden in a closet connected to Murray's room in their searches after Michael passed away.

At some point, Dr. Conrad Murray left the room when Jackson was receiving an IV drip of Propofol and the doctor may have even fallen asleep. Cops believe by the time he woke, Michael Jackson's heart may have already stopped beating.

Dr. Murray was not in Jackson's house during the day. He would show up in the evening and leave in the morning. Law enforcement believes the doc may have regularly gone there at night to administer Propofol via IV so he could sleep.

Law enforcement officials believe that Dr. Conrad Murray may have discovered Michael Jackson around 9 a.m. on June 25 the day of the singer's death.

One theory cops are working on in their massive manslaughter investigation is that after discovering Jackson either in distress or dead, Dr. Murray called two employees in Houston and told them to remove boxes from his storage unit.

Both women - LaQuisha Middleton and her sister, LaQuanda Price - say Dr. Murray did not call them, but police think that's dubious. The stories of these women conflict. One says a box of needles was retrieved; the other, a chair.

As for what may have been in the boxes, law enforcement is investigating whether Dr. Murray had Propofol delivered to his Houston medical office ... possibly put in his storage unit ... and then FedEx'd to Los Angeles as needed.

Dr. Conrad Murray rented the storage unit April 1 and staff went back on four different occasions before Jackson's death. Law enforcement remains on the hunt for evidence of Propofol when they searched Dr. Conrad Murray's home and offices.

According to the search warrants, authorities were looking for, among other things, "records, shipping orders, distribution lists, use records relating to the purchase, transfer, receiving, ordering, delivery and storage of PROPOFOL."

The warrant also stated officials were looking to prove a number of alleged violations, including "prescribing to an addict" and "excessive prescribing."

Looking for a way to cool down from the scorching hot SoCal sun, Holly Montag and Stephanie Pratt were spotted grabbing a frozen treat yesterday afternoon (July 30).

Reggie Bush is a professional football player.

Kim Kardashian is a partial clothing store owner that appears at clubs and gets paid to pose in a bikini.

According to sources, speaking on the condition of anonymity, these professions simply couldn't coincide successfully, as an insider told People that dueling careers are to blame for Reggie and Kim's break-up.

"Reggie really wanted her in New Orleans when he was there playing but Kim is traveling more than ever," one source said. "She has so much going on, it just wasn’t physically possible for her to be there the entire season. With their schedules, it wasn't realistic anymore."

What about a long-distance relationship? Surely a lot of celebrities couples don't spend all that much time together.

"It just wasn't fair to either of them," the insider said of that arrangement. "They wanted it to be all or nothing."

Hmmm.... are you buying this? Or do the rumors of infidelity going around - including the whopper that Kim was hooking up with Kanye West! - make more sense as a reason for this sudden break-up?

Enjoying a leisurely afternoon in New York City, Kate Hudson was spotted trying to hail a taxi yesterday afternoon (July 30).

The “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” actress was joined by a gal pal as she made her way around Manhattan, trying to ignore the nearby paparazzi.

Contrary to reports that he knocked up other people, aspiring actress and model Samantha Burke, 24, is the mother of Jude Law's fourth child, her lawyer says.

Sorry, Kayleen McAdams. Or congratulations?

"Samantha Burke can confirm that she did in fact have a relationship with Mr. Law and that she has informed Mr. Law that she is expecting his child later this fall," Burke's attorney, who is not identified, said in a statement to TMZ.

"Since informing Mr. Law of the pregnancy, he has been nothing but responsive and supportive of Ms. Burke and the pregnancy."

A Florida friend of Burke, who is based in Florida, reports that the model told her she was "pregnant from Jude Law." Law's rep declined comment.

On Wednesday, the actor, who has three children with ex-wife Sadie Frost, announced he was expecting a fourth child with an unidentified ex-lover.

It's the latest round of scandalous activity for the star, who was also engaged to Sienna Miller before he was caught doing his children's nanny.

Jude Law will appear in Hamlet on Broadway in October, and will star with Robert Downey Jr. in the film Sherlock Holmes opening on Christmas Day.

In an interview with MTV News this week, Jamie Campbell-Bower - who plays Volturi member Caius in New Moon - says a new scene has been added to the movie, one that was never in the book.

"We just all sit there, completely naked, for one scene," said the British actor. "Yeah, it's me, Michael Sheen and Christopher [Heyerdahl]; we just sit there, naked."

The scene in question centers around the back story of the Volturi, as Aro, Caius and Marcus are in a bathhouse, hanging out in a "Roman bath kind of thing," said Campbell-Bower.

It doesn't sound like Pattinson's birthday suit is featured at all in the film. Sorry, ladies. But you can always ask Kristen Stewart what that outfit looks like!

While there’s no denying the lyrics are good, his obsession with Mimi seems to be getting a little bit out of control.

Making for quite the cute on-set couple, Taylor Lautner and Taylor Swift teamed up to shoot scenes for the new movie “Valentine’s Day” on Thursday (July 30).

We knew there was something fishy about the Kim Kardashian/Reggie Bush break-up.

“The texts referenced a night they hung out, how much fun he had, how hot Kim was, and more racy things that got Reggie’s imagination running."

Note to Bush: save your imagination the work. You can just search the Internet for racy images of Kim.

Reportedly, Reggie confronted Kim, the pair fought over her interactions with Kanye and "they realized there were trust issues on both sides, and couldn’t go forward,” said the source.

According to RadarOnline.com, an anonymous Latino model in Miami is claiming she had an affair with Bush that helped lead to his break-up with Kardashian.

The site - without naming this woman or quoting a single source - claims she's been threatening to take her tale public, as long as the price is right, of course.

Kim was supposedly aware of this model's existence, including her and Bush's X-rated texts and phone messages, grew furious over it and ended the relationship.

Staring at a murder charge, the man who allegedly struck and killed former American Idol contestant Alexis Cohen may be putting the blame on her.

The lawyer for 24-year-old Daniel Bark says his client plans to plead not guilty across the board to the charges of vehicular homicide, aggravated manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident and evading police on the New Jersey shore.

The kicker? Attorney Daniel Glassman (no relation to Hailey Glassman) tells E! News Cohen may have been boozing it up right before she was killed.

"So far, the information that's been provided by the prosecutor's office has been all one-sided in respect to the allegations against my client," he says.

"There's no specifics on witnesses, where the victim was found, the nature of the impact of the car ... and we don't know what the victim's physical condition was before the accident so it's a little premature to discuss."

Specifically, Glassman says his team is looking at the "mechanics" of the incident, which began when Daniel Bark allegedly struck a parked car with his 2005 Mitsubishi Galant and then ran down Alexis Cohen, 25, while trying to flee the cops.

Daniel Bark is looking at potentially mitigating factors such as:

• What the lighting was like at the accident's time of 4 a.m.
• Whether or not she accidentally stepped in front of his car.
• Whether the American Idol castoff's drinking at a local watering hole may have somehow contributed to the tragedy.

While Glassman confirms Bark had a prior DUI dating back to 2004, the lawyer was quick to note that allegations his client are "without substance of fact."

Glassman also notes that potential lawsuits are in the works.

"There are three parallel investigations," he said. "One from prosecutors, two from civil attorneys with respect to the bars involved and our defense strategy in relation to the mechanics of how the accident happened."

On behalf of Daniel Bark, who's currently being held on a suicide watch in Ocean County Jail on $250,000 bail, Daniel Glassman expressed condolences to the family of Alexis Cohen, calling it a "horrible situation."

Let this be a lesson to all you child stars out there. Film one disgusting sex tape when you grow up and People magazine will crop you out of old photos.

Logging the long hours on-set, Jennifer Aniston put in a full day o of work on “The Bounty” in New York City on Thursday (July 30).

The former “Friends” darling showed up for the day’s shoot in a revealing grey tank top with khaki shorts, quickly changing into her sexy wardrobe before getting down to business.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s weekly newsletter, GOOP, is a “big success” according to Paltrow. The actress says, “It’s crazy…crazy! I just love it. Corporate America is knocking at my door…’Will you hawk my product?’”

Her personal project, which comes from her initials G.P. is all about being clean. “It started in such an organic way. People ask me, ‘What is it? What are you doing?’ And I don’t know. I did it, am doing it…and love doing it.”

Earlier today, Jude Law announced that he's expecting his fourth child this year, and his first with an undisclosed woman who the actor is no longer seeing.

The speculation is that the girl Jude Law got pregnant is Kayleen McAdams, a makeup artist and the sister of his Sherlock Holmes co-star Rachel McAdams.

Various sites have identified her as the "secret mother."

According to reports, Jude Law and Kayleen McAdams hooked up last Christmas when he was working on the film. She is reportedly seven months pregnant and has just decided to inform him of this exciting fact recently. Ouch.

The star said to have broken the scandalous news to his former wife, Sadie Frost, and their three kids - Rafferty, 12, Iris, 8, and Rudy, 6 - earlier this week.

Yesterday, a rep for actor confirmed that "following a relationship last year, he has been advised that he is to be the father of a child due in the fall."

"Mr. Law is no longer in a relationship with the individual concerned, but he intends to be a fully supportive part of the child's life."

Earlier today, Rachelle Lefevre had a great deal to say about the fact that she's been let go from the Twilight Saga.

But when asked by People about the status of her former co-star (who has been replaced as Victoria by Bryce Dallas Howard), Nikki Reed couldn't muster much of an opinion.

"[I] talked to [Rachelle] yet," the actress that plays Roalie Hale in the franchise told the magazine. "I don't know anything about it other than a schedule conflict."

Reed does know a lot about Robert Pattinson, however. She was even rumored to be dating him at one point.

Lauren Conrad may be a best-selling author thanks to her debut novel, L.A. Candy, but it looks like her former Hills co-stars Spencer and Heidi Pratt are now angling for their spot on The New York Times best-seller list as well.

The duo will be releasing a book together this fall. The title? How to Be Famous. Spencer posted the news of the book's release on (what else) his Twitter.

"I hope once the Speidi written book How to Be Famous that comes out this fall people will hate less because we shared the blueprint," Spencer Pratt said.

"After How to Be Famous hits stores you will absolutely have no excuse to be jealous of Speidi fame for 'nothing.' Go get your own fame it's easy!"

Their entry into the world of book publishing is the latest addition to the couple's quest to dominate the world. The duo have not only become reality stars, but both Spencer and Heidi Pratt have embarked on their own music "careers."

Heidi will sing at the Miss Universe Pageant August 23. And Spencer?

"I've always known that I secretly am the hottest rapper in the game," Pratt said. "I'm the white Jay-Z. I'm doing the baller thing. I'm more for the streets."

Making for quite the tandem, Bette Midler co-hosted alongside Kelly Ripa on the “Live! With Regis and Kelly” show on Thursday (July 30).

In the first show back, Kate Gosselin shows Jon what he's been missing - a grating spouse toned bikini body - as she takes their eight children to the ocean.

As for Jon, well, no mention of Hailey Glassman and/or Kate Major, a.k.a. Kate 2.0, his new pair of mediocre, post-divorce play things. Probably for the best.

A reliable source has told Moviehole that Zac Efron might star opposite Miley Cyrus in a reboot of the 1950s movie series Gidget.

Those films, and the proposed flick that would feature two of the biggest teen icons on the planet, were based on the 1957 novel, Gidget, the Little Girl with Big Ideas. The novel tracks the adventures of a young woman and her surfing friends on the beach at Malibu.

O...M...G! Miley Cyrus and Zac Efron might woo one another on screen in the near future.

If this deal goes through, Cyrus would take on the title role, while Efron would play her love interest.

Earlier this month, remember, Miley admitted her crush on Zac. Perhaps Vanessa Hudgens should truly be worried now.
