Still hard at work in the midst of her second pregnancy, Nicole Richie was spotted arriving at Byron & Tracey hair salon in Beverly Hills for a promotional event on Thursday (May 28).

Toting a bottle of perfume in-hand, the former “Simple Life” starlet was kindly escorted inside the Hollywood beauty spot as she hopped out of her chauffeur driven SUV.

It's difficult to believe anything Tila Tequila says.

So forgive us for taking this Twitter post with a grain of salt as large as Tila's fake boobs. But the reality star and naked model posted the following message on her account a couple days ago:

"I'm gonna tell y'all something REAL FAST, then delete it ok?... Since nobody is awake... reason why I've been feeling sick on and off lately is because yes, I am pregnant!"

True to her attention-grabbing word, Tequila deleted the Tweet shortly thereafter.

So, who might the father be? Tila did claim she was banging Ray J a few weeks ago. However, she also displayed the following Tweet a few days prior to the aforementioned post, hinting at her baby daddy's identity:

"I'm talking about someone very very very very very f**king famous! He is like A-list famous and you follow him on Twitter too."

Sorry, Ray J. But you're no A-lister.

More of the latter than the former, fortunately. In GQ's upcoming story on Levi Johnston, Bristol Palin's baby daddy, we learn a lot about the young dad.

For one, he can use sentences with more than three words and words with more than one syllable - a shocker for those who saw his talk show tour.

The 19-year-old also says he's "never done anything but hunt and fish and camp." That's not true - he also boned Bristol Palin and got her pregnant.

Moreover, he joined her mom, Sarah, onstage at the GOP National Convention; playing a moderate-size role in the great Republican melodrama of 2008.

After a cold snap, things have been better lately between him and Bristol Palin, who has taken to dropping off their son, Tripp, herself to see him.

After dueling TV appearances earlier in May (Bristol was talking about teen pregnancy and abstinence for Candie's, Levi was basically mumbling the opposite to ... whoever would air it), the two exchanged flirty text messages.

That led to a warmth between them, and now they're in regular contact.

Whether his relations with Todd and Sarah Palin, who on several occasions offered to buy Bristol a car if she'd dump Levi, are thawing is another issue.

Getting back together, though, is "not even in" Levi's mind. He's focusing on hunting bears and, his lawyer says, taking "the chance to tell his story."

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, we have a Zac Efron spotting.

The teen sensation made it out to watch the L.A. Lakers win Game 5 against the Denver Nuggets last night. It was tied at the end of the first three quarters, before the Lakers went on to pull out a 103-94 victory.

Efron grew up in California and has been a lifelong Lakers fan, making the victory that much sweeter.

The only disappointing part of the night was that Efron didn’t bring long-time girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens with him to this game like he usually does.

The “Pirates of the Caribbean” hunk eased his way out of the terminal with a few friends following along before hopping into an awaiting car prior to the lighting of the Burberry sign in Manhattan.

It looks like Rihanna may finally break her silence - under oath - about the alleged assault on her earlier this year by boyfriend Chris Brown.

Following a hearing in Los Angeles this morning, Rihanna's lawyer, Donald Etra, said prosecutors intend to subpoena the singer to appear at a June 22 hearing, so that a court can determine if there's enough evidence to proceed with a trial.

"The DA has advised me that she will be subpoenaed [to testify]," Etra said, noting that Rihanna would therefore be subject to cross-examination by Chris Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos. "She absolutely will comply."

Meanwhile, Geragos was unsuccessful in gaining access to police records to find out who leaked the now-infamous battered Rihanna photo.

In denying Geragos' request, L.A. Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg said that while she agreed the leaked photo was unfortunate, she argued it had nothing to do Brown's arrest and wouldn't significantly impact his right to a fair trial.

"It matters to me not if your client is high-profile or not," the judge said. "I don't believe you're entitled [to demand access to police records]."

The attorney has been relentlessly pursuing the origin of the photo, likely trying to use it as leverage to secure a plea deal for Brown, who he believes cannot be fairly tried based on prospective jurors' existing perception of him.

Asked, after his motion was denied, if he's confident he can keep Brown from doing time, Geragos replied, "I'm not going to address any of that."

Brown, 20, has pleaded not guilty to allegedly beating Rihanna on February 8. If convicted, he faces up to four years and eight months in prison.

The embattled star was hit with another lawsuit earlier today, filed by a celebrity news photographer who alleges Brown's bodyguards assaulted him.

Experts say the felony case likely won't go to trial, but will end in a plea bargain, which could happen any time. However, this has been the theory for two months, which suggests Geragos and the D.A. have yet to find a mutually acceptable deal.

In a ridiculous video posted Tuesday with his pal Bow Wow, Brown sort of broke his silence for the first time since the incident and told fans "I ain't a monster" in an apparent reference to the case. His reps had no comment.

Meanwhile, Rihanna was spotted getting cozy with Canadian hip-hop artist Aubrey "Drake" Graham, although the rapper stated they're just friends.

Following the much-ballyhood Susan Boyle meltdown from this week, Piers Morgan is rushing to the defense of the singer.

On CBS' The Early Show Thursday, the Britain's Got Talent just said he feels sorry for the burgeoning celebrity.

"From what I hear, she's been in tears the last two days. She even threatened to leave the show yesterday at one stage, because of the sheer amount of pressure on her," Morgan said. "And you have to remember with Susan, she's a 48-year-old lady from a tiny village in Scotland who has never been exposed to anything like this kind of attention. And I think she's really feeling the heat."

Susan Boyle, seen here dealing with British policemen following a run-in with journalists, is feeling the pressures of fame.

Morgan continued, citing the conditions under which Boyle reportedly flipped out:

"The hotel she's in is crawling in tourists, crawling in the media. I think maybe she overreacted. I don't know what happened. She denies, apparently, some of the things that have been reported.

"But either way, I know she's feeling a lot of pressure, and I think that most people watching this show and hearing about this will feel natural sympathy toward her. And I just hope it all calms down for the final. Because, on Saturday, she sings for the competition."

Can Boyle overcome the pressure and win Britain's Got Talent?!? A world awaits the answer.

Looking a bit peeved at the overwhelming paparazzi presence, Jessica Biel was spotted out for a stroll in the Hollywood Hills on Thursday (May 28).

Audrina is picking up where LC left off in hating on Kristin.

"It was my birthday, and I was just like, Oh, my God. Is this what we're going to have to deal with?'" Audrina Patridge recalled on the radio show.

Audzo did not discuss her fling with Star Trek's Chris Pine: "There's always speculation of anyone I hang out with or anything I do," she coyly said.

Pressed for more, she replied, "My lips are sealed."

But while she wouldn't go on the record as riding the Pine, she could not resist slamming her ass clown ex, leaving with this parting shot: "From Justin-Bobby, I think any guy is an upgrade. I've learned so much since that relationship."

On the most recent stop on his Act Like a Tool / Return to Public Life Tour, Chris Brown played some pickup basketball with NBA star Shaquille O'Neal.

No violence broke out there - but according to a photographer, what took place on an L.A. basketball court back in March was quite a different story.

According to the new lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the celebrity gossip photographer claims it all went down just weeks after the Rihanna incident, when he shot a photo of Chris Brown playing b-ball with his friends.

The photographer claims Chris' bodyguards yelled at him - so he tried to leave the gym ... but an L.A. Fitness employee tried to block his escape.

He then fell down a stairwell, which allowed the bodyguards to catch up with him - where they, "picked him up by his shorts and physically assaulted him."

The man claims he was a paying member at the gym and had every right to be there. He is suing Chris Brown and LA Fitness for assault and battery, false imprisonment, infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability.

Interestingly, this is the same guy who attempted to sue Pierce Brosnan over a violent incident with the star in Malibu - but that case was dismissed.

Chris Brown lawyer, Mark Geragos, said in a statement: "The is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday. He's done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this."

Nadya Suleman is home from the hospital following uterine surgery and resting at her home, according to her unofficial mouthpiece, Radar Online.

The infamous 33-year-old mother of 14 humans needed the procedure after her doctors discovered benign fibroid tumors on the wall of her uterus.

Her operation was initially scheduled two weeks ago; however, the surgeons at Kaiser Permanente Bellflower Medical Center stopped the procedure after Suleman suffered internal bleeding. She returned days later to have the tumors removed.

Nadya Suleman looks like any other parent in this photo, nursing her child ... until you realize she has 13 more, or the cameras leave and she ignores them all.

That must have been a traumatic experience for Nadya. Surgery is no fun. Oh well, at least it's over with. And it made her even more fertile.

While Octomom has been in the hospital, the famed octuplets, born in January, and her six older children have been in the care of nannies.

The nannies have been in the care of California taxpayers.

Over the first couple episodes of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Danielle Staub confessed to a two-year phone sex relationship with a man she'd never met; and offered a blow job to some random dude in a restaurant.

Both those developments pale in comparison to Staub's alleged past, which are just now coming to light.

As the show teased in its preview for next week's episode, this Real Housewife was not always a member of the Garden State's elite. She's reportedly mentioned in the 1995 book "Cop Without a Badge," a memoir penned by former FBI informant Kevin Maher.

Thanks to "Cop Without a Badge," the entire world now knows the history of Danielle Staub and her vadge.

According to this biography, Staub used to go by the name Beverly Merrill. She met Maher at a drug party in Miami in the 1980s. (He describes Staub/Merril as a "coke whore.")

The initial interaction between the pair came after she was released on $10,000 bail, following an arrest for her alleged involvement in the kidnapping of a man who owed her drug dealing friend money.

Maher used his police connections to get Staub off with nothing more than probation, left his wife for her and describes her in the book as:

"Brunette. Long, perfectly shaped legs poked out of her leather hot pants just as provocatively as her braless breasts strained against her low-cut blouse." He also writes that Merril rarely wore underwear and "is a good person. She has no morals, but she's a good person."

Does this sound like Danielle Staub? More importantly, does the following mug shot of "Beverly Merrill" look like her?

Asked about these allegations, a Bravo rep (undoubtedly giddy over the exposure), simply said: “Watch what happens.”

Based on a public records search, Staub formerly went by the names Beverly Merrill, Danielle Maher and Beverly Maher.

Paris Hilton and boyfriend Doug Reinhardt stopped sucking face long enough to make it to the FiFi Fragrance Awards last night in Manhattan.

The awards celebrated the international fragrance community, with presenters from the worlds of fashion, television, theater, and film.

Hilton and Reinhardt seemed to be behaving themselves, which was a nice change for the PDA duo.

Maybe the time in Cannes helped them relax, or maybe the fact that there was no boat for them to go make out in was enough to keep the two in check.

It's good to know that Paris is back in the States and making her way around Manhattan with Reinhardt on her arm, as opposed to up her skirt.

According to The National Enquirer, the marriage between Kate and her husband is over. A divorce is imminent.

“Jon said their goal is to be legally separated by July 15 because Kate wants to move on quickly,” a source said. "Jon is going to push for half of their money, but Kate is determined to hang on to as much as she can - and they’re worth more than you think.”

How much more?

The couple allegedly earned between $50-75,000 per episode of their show, while Kate takes in approximately $20,000 per speaking engagement. Moreover, let's not forget the hordes of free items that TLC has handed out to the family.

Paris Hilton says her boyfriend, Doug Reinhardt, won't be appearing on MTV's The Hills again. She also thinks the reality series pretty much sucks, and knows a lot about it despite claiming she has never actually watched it.

"The show is, like, so lame and fake. He doesn't even want to be a part of it," the ho-tel heiress told Us Weekly at the Fifi Awards in New York.

Not that he had much of a choice, after The Hills' star, Lauren Conrad, dumped him on the show for being so effing boring. Details, right?

Doug Reinhardt then pursued Stephanie Pratt for reasons unknown to any straight male with a pulse, which pissed off LC and viewers alike.

But Hilton says the show portrayed Doug "in a way he's not."

Mmm. We give this statement about as much credence as Paris' tear-filled recollection of how her most "intimate moments" of night vision sex with Rick Salomon while on the phone were released to the public (making her rich and famous, natch).

"They make up relationships when they’re not there, and he just thinks it's lame," Hilton continued. "I've never seen the show in my entire life. I have no idea what it's about. But he just thought it was cheesy."

True ... it's not nearly hard core enough for Doug. The man likes public bathroom sex, for crying out loud. Dinner and drinks with LC ain't cutting it.

Reinhardt's reality days aren't entirely over, though. He will appear on the second season of Paris Hilton's My New BFF, which debuts June 2 on MTV.

Susan Boyle may not resemble a typical, spoiled celebrity. But is she starting to act like one?

According to Great Britain's The Sun, everyone's favorite Britain's Got Talent finalist dropped a series of F bombs during a pair of outbursts this week.

First, the singer was reportedly angered on Tuesday night by comments judge Piers Morgan made regarding rival contestant Shaheen Jafargholi, as he was praised for the "best singing performance we've seen so far."

According to the newspaper, Boyle - watching the show at a bar with Shaheen's friends - stood and screamed "f**k off" before storming out of the establishment.

Susan Boyle, explaining an unpleasant run-in with strangers on Wednesday, has had a rough week.

Crying, Boyle exited the premises and was followed to the street by her family, the show's production staff and the cops. Said one officer to the burgeoning star:

"You are in the public eye, you must learn to expect this sort of thing."
