Somehow we doubt this will be a one-time thing.

Embattled mother of newborn octuplets and six other young children Nadya Suleman was visited Wednesday by Orange County Social Services and police detectives.

According to the L.A. Times, a complaint was filed by one of Suleman's kids' school teachers after the teacher observed what appeared to be bite marks on him.

The bitten offspring is three-year old Aidan.

The website also claimed Aidan showed up to school with a black eye, but Nadya Suleman downplayed his injury, saying: “He’s autistic, he bumps into things.”

La Habra Police Lt. Tom Dutton confirmed the visit in a statement:

“On Wednesday, April 29, La Habra Police personnel were requested to assist Orange County Social Services involving a matter pertaining to the Sulemans. As is customary, the department routinely assists other agencies, when so requested.”

DRAIN ON SOCIETY: Another day, another child endangerment claim for Octomom.

Suleman's attorney, Jeff Czech, said he was not sure whether the social services officials took any action and suspects they were called by the boy's teacher.

The caretaker of 14 - and possibly a new pet soon - had no comment.

This incident is already the fourth formal complaint levied against Nadya Suleman, 34, for possible child neglect and endangerment this year.

The first three complaints filed against Octomom took place in March by attorney Gloria Allred on behalf of the organization Angels in Waiting.

Allred took action after Nadya Suleman fired the non-profit organization's nurses, said she didn't need their help and accused them of being spies.

It's official: Levi Johnston is now America's favorite unwed, redneck, teenage baby daddy - Casey Aldridge has turned 20! Happy birthday, Casey!

Never have beauty pageants made so many headlines for reasons other than their bikini bodies.

In the wake of the Carrie Prejean controversy, Shanna Moakler - the director of the Miss California USA pageant - has posed in a new ad supporting gay rights.

The former Miss USA and Playboy centerfold shot a print ad this week in which she slams Proposition 8, the initiative that bans gay marriage in California.

A pair of former Miss California contestants - Raquel Beezley and Tamiko Nash - join Moakler in the poster below.

"I believe Prop 8 lead a campaign of confusion and never made clear what was being asked of the people," Moakler said in a statement. "I find most people have a problem with the word marriage. What I hope for is helping others understand 'civil union' and then one day helping people learn 'marriage' is something not God, not the state or country can solidify, but between two people who love each other."

Thoughts on Moakler's stance?

Perez Hilton has always made a living poking fun at (and drawing male sex organs on) celebrities. But he's also become one - powerful and wide-reaching.

"I don't consider myself a celebrity because for every two people that like me, there's probably 3 1/2 that don't," opined Hilton, who says he doesn't care if people don't like him, "I just care if you still read my Web site."

And Perez clearly loves to stir the pot.

As if being asked to judge the Miss USA pageant wasn't enough, Hilton went for a bigger splash, asking one of the finalists, Miss California Carrie Prejean, her opinion on the controversial subject of same-sex marriage.

Prejean's responses then and since - homosexual marriage is wrong, people choose to be gay, etc. - have become the hot topic on the talk-show circuit and only bolstered Perez's status as a celebrity and gay rights advocate.

LOVE HIM, HATE HIM: Either way, Perez's influence is undeniable.

Making his own media rounds, he defended the same-sex marriage question as fair and relevant. Prejean stands by her remarks; Hilton stands by his.

It's become an epic feud with the battle lines clearly drawn.

"I said she was a dumb b!tch," Hilton (a.k.a. Mario Lavandeira) said, not backing down in the slightest. "Well, you know what? What she said in that answer was that I am a second-class citizen that doesn't deserve full equality under the law."

Hilton's blog has decried Proposition 8, which banned gay marriage in his home state of California, and has "outed" various gay celebrities in years past.

"I've always considered myself an activist. I believe in equality. If I'm gonna talk about a heterosexual celebrity having a secret relationship with someone else, I should do the same thing with a homosexual celebrity," he avowed.

The strategy has served his bottom line well, as his over-the-top alter ego and celebrity mockery have resulted in an explosion of traffic on his site.

"His blog captured the mood of the world - a little snarky, cynical, provocative, a little tongue-in-cheek," said Howard Bragman, Hollywood publicist.

Bragman said Hilton often nails the "right tone at the right time. And a lot of those things that people were feeling, he was able to put online."

Perez Hilton won't comment on his site's earnings, which are significant, but said that, "It all is a blessing because I didn't expect any of this. I started my blog for fun. I didn't think you could make money from it."

Hilton has aimed to expand his brand from the start, launching a syndicated radio show, appearing in numerous TV spots, amassing nearly 700,000 followers on Twitter and setting the simple goal of total media domination.

"I want to be like Oprah, only bigger," he said, without a trace of irony.

Does Hilton, who ranks No. 1 on Forbes' list of the 25 most famous Web celebs, worry about keeping his brand afloat — say, amid a crippling recession?

"It definitely is affecting me — but I don't care! I have a business manager," he said. "I let him handle all the finances and all that stuff. I'm too busy working to be worried about any of those things. Plus, I still don't do it for the money."

Banks took the stand today in Manhattan to testify against her accused stalker, Brady Green. The nut job is on trial for stalking, harassment and criminal trespassing stemming from an incident in March of last year.

According to the New York Daily News, the America's Next Top Model host was calm as she told the court how terrified she and her staff were when Brady Green attempted to get past security at the Tyra Banks Show.

The staff wouldn't allow Banks to exit her dressing room.

"'Stop! No! You can't leave,'" she claimed they said. "I know I have fans, but I've never in my entire career had my staff act in this way."

The scary incident has left the 39-year-old Banks shaken to this day: "I fear for my safety," she said. "I feel extremely vulnerable."

Prosecutors say Brady Green even threatened to slash a Tyra Banks employee's throat when the person refused to give up the studio address.

"I don't fear for my life - I fear the safety of my staff," Banks explained. "I fear the safety of my family. I fear the safety of people in my vicinity."

She admitted that since Green's phone calls, love notes and appearance, she has heightened her security, even when she goes for a run.

The defendant's lawyer noted that the star's website urges viewers to write her. But Banks says Green was more aggressive than the average fan.

If convicted, Green faces a maximum of 90 days in prison.

After spending the early part of the day relaxing poolside at the Wailea Marriott Hotel, Lindsay Lohan was spotted continuing her Hawaiian vacation by hitting up Fred’s’ Mexican Cantina in Maui on Tuesday night (April 28).

The “Mean Girls” starlet looked well relaxed, wearing a sheer black top over a black bra with short-shorts and strappy heels.

Stepping out for an afternoon visit, Hayden Panettiere was spotted out at a friend’s house in Burbank, California on Tuesday afternoon (April 28).

Chris Brown's high-powered lawyer, Mark Geragos, plans to ask the court to dismiss the assault and criminal threats case against his client because of leaks.

Geragos told reporters that the leaks in the Rihanna case "form the basis for a motion to dismiss the case in regard to outrageous governmental misconduct."

Whether he's successful remains to be seen, but in any case, a court date is set for Brown today in Los Angeles for his February 8 altercation with Rihanna.

The singer will not appear before the judge.

Geragos will be present on behalf of the singer. Sources say Brown signed a waiver, although it remains unclear exactly what said waiver entails.

Brown appeared in court earlier this to enter a not guilty plea on charges that he beat and threatened to kill Rihanna in a violent altercation that left the Barbados native, and his girlfriend at the time, bruised, bitten and unconscious.

Following the not guilty plea, Brown's team and the L.A. County District Attorney's office were said to be working on a plea deal. That was weeks ago.

Several reports now suggest a deal is closer, if not imminent.

According to legal experts, Mark Geragos (above) is expected to ask for more time in the case to search for further evidence. If he is unable to secure additional time from the judge, a preliminary hearing date may be set in the case.

At the preliminary hearing, prosecutors presens the case before a judge explaining they have enough material to pursue a conviction. Geragos will counter that they do not, and the judge will decide if a criminal trial is warranted.

Regardless of the outcome, Rihanna and Chris Brown want no part of that, as it could result in information going public that both want to suppress.

Brown has sought a plea deal in which he does not serve jail time, but as the felonies he's charged with carry almost five years, that's a hard sell.

"I would imagine all parties would be interested in resolving the case so as to avoid the public airing of dirty laundry at a trial," said Shawn Chapman Holley, who has represented The Game and Lindsay Lohan but is not involved here.

"If the D.A. makes a 'tough' offer, this makes it a difficult choice for the defendant," the attorney added.

"For example, if they offer a deal that still carries significant jail time, the defendant might want to take his chances at trial. Doing so, however, exposes a high-profile defendant to unwanted negative publicity."

Following Hulk Hogan's comments that he can "understand" why O.J. Simpson brutally murdered his ex-wife and her lover, Linda Hogan is more scared than ever of the former wrestler. That's understandable.

But asking for ridiculous amounts of money from him, under the guise of protecting herself? Not as understandable.

According to TMZ, Linda has asked a Florida court to make Hulk fork over an additional $8,200 a month so she can move to California. She claims she's in “imminent danger of becoming a victim," and, as a result, also wants $24,000 for "advanced rent and security deposits."

Hmmm, has Linda really thought this through? Will asking for $100,000 a year out of her ex-husband's bank account really make Hulk Hogan less inclined to carve her up?

This is one divorce battle that has already resulted in two losers.

Pamela Anderson, Shannen Doherty and Samantha Ronson were among the celebs who were far from pleased when they found out they were headed to a strip club Tuesday. The lesson here? Read the fine print.

They all signed on to attend the grand opening of Sapphire in NYC - without realizing, apparently, that this being a gentlemen's club, there would be topless and body-painted nude dancers. Topless dancing at a strip club? Wow!

Ronson - who recently broke up with girlfriend Lindsay Lohan - in particular was visibly angry for having agreed to DJ at the club's opening.
