Stepping out for a dinner date, Miley Cyrus ventured out to Mo’s restaurant in Toluca Lake with boyfriend Justin Gaston on Thursday night (February 26).

Following numerous engagement stories which ended up being denied, Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady have reportedly tied the knot during a small, private ceremony in Santa Monica on Thursday (February 26).

Breaking reports tell that the Brazilian supermodel and her Patriots quarterback beau said their “I Do’s” just before 6 p.m. at St. Monica’s church near the beach.

Breaking up is hard to do, but it doesn’t seem that way for Jason Wahler, who just recently decided to call off his engagement.

The Hollywood Gossip is saddened to announce the 100 percent inevitable news that Jason Wahler has called off his engagement from Katja Decker-Sadowski.

"I have decided to end my engagement, and it's an amicable split," the former star of Laguna Beach and The Hills star told celeb news mag Us Weekly.

Wahler - who dated Lauren Conrad on both shows - says they're "still good friends" but he and Katja Decker-Sadowski decided to make a clean break.

"We agreed we are both just too young to be considering getting married right now," added Wahler, 22, who had been engaged since August 2007.

On the plus side, this sad split should allow the reality TV staple more time to deal with the many lawsuits and court dates he has on his busy schedule.

Imprisoned NFL star Michael Vick will be allowed to serve the last months of his sentence under home confinement because there is no room at a halfway house for him, a government official told The Associated Press Thursday.

At least he'll have more time to contest the $63 billion lawsuit against him.

The former Atlanta quarterback is currently serving a 23-month sentence at the federal penitentiary in Leavenworth, Kan., after pleading guilty to bankrolling a dogfighting operation at a home he owned in eastern Virginia’s Surry County.

He also admitted to participating in the killing of underperforming dogs.

Lawyers for Michael Vick expected him to be moved any day into a halfway house in Newport News. But because of a lack of space, Vick will be released instead to his spacious home in nearby Hampton at some point on or after May 21.

The Hampton house is one of four Michael Vick still owns, according to his bankruptcy court papers. He sold the Surry County property that served as headquarters for his Bad Newz Kennelz ring soon after his July 2007 indictment.

Vick will be on electronic monitoring and confined to the house, only allowed to leave for activities approved by his probation officer, the official said.

Most likely, that does not include murdering dogs with his bare hands.

Keeping busy with her producer role, Drew Barrymore was spotted arriving at The Post Group offices in Hollywood on Thursday (February 26).

Accompanied by her yellow lab Flossie, Miss Barrymore offered up the “rock out” sign as she entered the building, clad in a long sleeve shirt, ripped jeans. and Union Jack sneakers.

Off to see her young babies, Nadya Suleman was spotted coming out of her house to go visit the octuplets in the hospital on Thursday (February 26).

Carrying a coffee and big white handbag in her arms, the 33-year-old made her way past lined-up paparazzi as her parents took care of the rest of her brood during the morning visit.

They're about as unreliable as a celeb gossip mag can get, but Star says is reporting that Brittany Snow has been cast in the lead role in the new Gossip Girl spinoff.

"Brittany is thrilled," a friend of the former American Dreams star says.

"She loves [Gossip Girl] and thinks the 1980s concept sets the spin-off apart. She can't wait to wear all the fabulous outfits and really sink her teeth into the role."

Brittany Snow - who has appeared in Hairspray and John Tucker Must Die - was the top choice for producers, who thought she would be the perfect choice for the part of young Lily. She was reportedly offered the role without an audition.

"Brittany always thought she was going to continue her career in films," a source said. "But this is a marvelous part and she just couldn't say no. This has the potential to be a huge show in the tradition of Melrose Place."

The "backdoor pilot" will air as part of the Gossip Girl episode May 11.

There’s just one rose left as Monday's season finale of The Bachelor approaches, and it’s down to Melissa Rycroft and Molly Malaney, two people as worthy of being called Mrs. Jason Mesnick as any we could imagine (sorry, Hilary Mesnick).

While spoilers abound as to who wins it, one mystery is solved: The single dad will be presenting this ring and doing some crazy name-dropping of product placement references when he gets down on one knee at the final rose ceremony:

The marquis-cut diamond-and-platinum ring from Neil Lane features a 1.94-carat marquis-cut diamond encrusted with 170 smaller ones for a total of 3.18 carats.

As is custom on the show, Jason Mesnick actually had three rings from which to choose, including pear-shaped and oval-cut diamonds. The hunk was torn between a marquis and oval-cut sparkler, but ultimately opted for the marquis.

Host-pimp Chris Harrison probably steered him in that direction.

“He loved the marquis because it had so much fine detail and he thought it was really feminine, and she would love it,” says a source close to The Bachelor.

Jailed for 27 months last July for assault and trial-fixing, Blake was let out once before, only to violate the terms of that early release by failing a drug test.

Blake filed for divorce from inside last month after seeing Amy - who he wed in May 2007 - grow close to Josh Bowman and other men on the sunny island.

Asked about his divorce plans yesterday, he vowed to go forward with it, saying: "It’s all going ahead - but I don’t really know what will happen. It’s just nice to be on the outside again. Now I am going to get over my drug habit."

Amy is doing well in her battle against heroin and crack addiction. Well, relatively. She smokes weed and drinks beer every day, but it's a start.

Friends worry Blake's release will destabilize the star. A friend of hers said: "We are nervous about her returning to London and seeing Blake. She thinks their fights and problems are romantic in a tortured love kind of way."

"But I suppose if [Fielder-Civil] can really quit drugs and they can have a clean, healthy relationship then we’d have to wish them luck."

They sure would need it.

Why is Rinna - who put the fear of God into readers with her appearance at this year's Academy Awards - baring it all at age 45, years after she posed nude for the magazine while pregnant?

"I want to encourage other women to be proud of their bodies no matter what age or size," she said. "After doing Dancing with the Stars, I definitely have a better body now than I did 11 years ago."

Getting away from the Los Angeles limelight, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were spotted arriving at London’s Heathrow Airport on Thursday (February 26).

The “Georgia Rule” actress and her British DJ lover had flown out of LAX Airport the previous evening, following Lindsay’s pre-flight shopping spree at Maxfield.

In his weekly blog for EW, host Chris Harrison defended his show and vaguely denied some of the bombshell Bachelor spoilers that have rattled the show's fans.

The charge? That ABC conspired with Bachelor star Jason Mesnick to d!ck over Melissa Rycroft, with him proposing to her on the season finale only to dump her later for runner-up Molly Malaney, creating "shocking" aftermath footage.

The supposed evidence? A second "After the Final Rose" special scheduled to air Tuesday - after Monday's two-hour finale and first "After the Final Rose" special - and some classic misdirection possibly planned by ABC all season long.

Basically, Harrison denies it was all a set-up, but is purposely vague as far as whether the purported season-ending scenario involving Melissa Rycroft, Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney, as alleged by a certain reality TV blogger, are accurate.

Here are excerpts of Chris' blog (written Saturday) ...

"As much as I'm sorry that some of you have somehow found a reason to doubt my integrity and honesty, there's not a whole hell of a lot I can do about that.

If something you may have heard or seen from somebody you don't know has suddenly changed your opinion of me then is there really anything I could say or do that could change your mind anyway? I learned a long time ago (15 years of marriage) to pick my battles and this, my friends, is one I don't care to fight.

The Bachelor producers ... are not responsible for, nor have we ever scripted, the ending of this show. Let me re-type this slowly so all of you can read this:

We do not, and have not, decided the ending of any of our seasons.

Let's be honest, if we did that, don't you think we would do a much better job and have a much higher success rate?

As much as we'd love to take credit, we didn't tell Trista to fall in love with Ryan, get married, and have two babies.

We didn't script Charlie falling in love with Sara only to struggle as a couple battling an addiction and then persevere and now thrive as a happy couple.

Nor did we tell Brad Womack to not pick anybody and just go back to Texas. These were all cases of good ol' fashioned human behavior and free choice.

I know I didn't really deal with the "Women Tell All" special that millions of you watched Monday (thank you for that) but I felt like we had bigger fish to fry.

I do love the reunion specials but I think it was pretty self explanatory. I don't expect or really want what I have written to solve all the mysteries surrounding this season. I will be back at some point next week to wrap things up I promise.

But let me leave you with one last nugget to chew on. I'm sitting in my house Saturday night on the eve of the Oscars writing this blog.

We have not shot the second "After the Final Rose" special yet! I gotta be honest. It's going to be really hard to go back and edit a show we haven't even shot.

Well, I'm sure some of my new friends out there will figure a way around that one.

I would love to go on but I have to figure out how to explain to my kids that their daddy is a pimp... I loved that comment the most!"

It looks like Lady GaGa isn’t the only American superstar in Paris this week - Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson were spotted at a photo call for the French premiere of “Marley and Me” earlier today (February 26).

The “Rumor Has It” hottie looked super sexy in a sleeveless floral print dress with dark stockings and grey suede heels as she worked it for the camera.

As the Chris Brown/Rihanna saga continues, it has been reported that the “Take a Bow” songstress is still yet to file charges against her abusive boyfriend.

And as far as the police’s ability to pursue criminal charges against the “Kiss Kiss” crooner, a Los Angele District Attorney spokesperson revealed, “We do not have enough evidence and there have been no charges filed on the Chris Brown case.”

Chris Brown's scheduled court appearance might be off, according to reports.

The R&B singer's initial arraignment date was set for March 5 following his arrest earlier this month for his allegedly severe beating of Rihanna.

But his court appearance "may not happen,” and may be pushed back, Los Angeles district attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison tells E! News.

“We don’t have the evidence yet. [Los Angeles police detectives] are still investigating,” says Robison. “If [detectives] determine that they require more time, then they’ll set a new date for [Brown] to return to court.”

Once the LAPD finishes its investigation, prosecutors must decide whether to file felony charges, reject the charges if evidence is insufficient, or refer the case to the city attorney’s office if they decide the behavior was simply a misdemeanor.

Depending on the decision, Chris Brown may not even have to appear.

“He only has to come back if and when we file charges,” says Robison.

On Wednesday, an LAPD source also told E! News, “The D.A. is being even more thorough than usual with this case. They don’t want to mess it up.”

Prosecutors have ordered the LAPD to seek evidence for a variety of felony offenses, including domestic violence, assault resulting in great bodily injury and - based on specific allegations made by Rihanna - even attempted murder.

But making any serious felony charges stick could prove difficult in a case where there are no direct witnesses other than Rihanna and Chris Brown.

While he has yet to face formal charges, Chris Brown, who is free on bail, is taking anger management classes in a preemptive move to repair his image.

Should he be charged and convicted, such a course would almost be a certain part of his sentence. The enrollment is said to have been masterminded by PR / crisis manager Michael Sitrick, whom Brown hired in the wake of his arrest.

Taking a break from her hectic work schedule, Shenae Grimes was spotted enjoying a dinner date at Katsu-Ya last night (February 25).

The “90210” hottie looked to be having a marvelous time with her mystery male date as she chatted and laughed while the paparazzi fired away.

While Alex Rodriguez bashes meaningless Spring Training homers, Jesus Luz continues to circle the bases with the lovely object of both their affections.

Worse yet for A-Rod, Luz is making an impression with her kids.

While the nurturing of their romance through Kabbalah (and a steamy W mag photo shoot) is generating plenty of celeb gossip heat, there may be another dynamic worth noticing in the affair of hot Brazilian model Jesus Luz and Madonna.

E! Online reports that the pop queen took her 22-year-old paramour to Los Angeles' Kabbalah Center on trendy Robertson Boulevard last Saturday.

While the former Mrs. Ritchie may be making an impression on Jesus Luz, it was Luz taking the time to get to know Madonna's eight-year-old son, Rocco.

"He was playing with Rocco than paying attention to Madonna," a source says, noting that Luz was also seen with Madonna and adopted David Banda.

Daughter Lourdes would be the last in the trifecta of children to impress as he strives to win family favor. Still, her PR peeps deny any romance with Jesus Luz.

"Clichéd as it sounds, they're really just friends," Madge's rep Liz Rosenberg said.

Of course, Rosenberg also vehemently denied Madonna and Guy Ritchie's marriage was in trouble until they divorced. Madonna and A-Rod were allegedly just pals too, until they were clearly getting it on. So basically she's full of it.
